The United Nations and Recognition of the State of Palestine

International media outlets reported the decision by 151 of the 193 member states of the United Nations General Assembly to recognize the State of Palestine, while the United States, Germany, Italy, and other countries abstained.
These recognitions came more than 77 years after the Jews occupied Palestine in 1948 and established their distorted Jewish entity there. At the time, 165 countries recognized it, with the United States and the defunct Soviet Union among the first to recognize it as a state and later as a member of the United Nations. Among the first Muslim countries to recognize it in 1949 were Turkey and Iran, until 1979.
Perhaps Britain’s recognition today of the State of Palestine alongside the Jewish entity is a consolidation of the foundation upon which its existence was built, making it a legitimate entity recognized not only by the nations of the world, but also by the people who lost their land, were displaced across the globe, and lost tens of thousands of their sons since the occupation of Palestine.
America’s decision not to vote on Palestine’s recognition as an officially recognized state is temporary, not final. The mere fact that America recognizes the establishment of the State of Palestine paves the way for the Security Council to adopt tough decisions to resolve the conflict between the two states. This is instead of attempting to halt the war waged by Jews against armed organizations, seeking to repel aggression against them and their land. America has not yet finished shaping the entire Middle East to its own liking. It is in no particular hurry.
Although the successive resolutions recognizing the State of Palestine appear to be sympathetic to the cause of a people who have been previously displaced and oppressed, and are now being subjected to genocide, in reality they merely reinforce the brutal occupation, which has so far lacked nothing but recognition from the original stakeholders, according to UN law. This recognition must come from a state with official legitimacy, established by international resolution. Hence, the exploitation of this difficult situation, in which unjust solutions appear dark in color, has become acceptable, and exploitation now appears white. Whereas previously there was a categorical rejection by the people of Palestine, and those around it, of the mere idea of a Jewish entity in Palestine, this has now become a demand for them, on the condition that they are granted an incapacitated entity, devoid of weapons and dignity, or an integrated entity in the form of a confederation, as was previously discussed with Jordan.
While the occupation and usurpation of Palestine was decided by the head of the snake, Britain, and then backed and endorsed by the head of oppression and tyranny, America, the decision to recognize the State of Palestine, whose location and borders have yet to be agreed upon, is the final nail in the coffin of destruction and colonialization of the Blessed Land of Palestine. If we add to this the continued occupying entity, in the eyes of Palestine supporters around the world, of building settlements and effectively occupying Gaza and the West Bank, then the declaration of the establishment of the State of Palestine is nothing more than a farce for the agents and those who prostrate before their masters in America and Britain.
It is necessary to remind here of the full truth of the existing problem in Palestine. It is not represented by the establishment of a state for the people of Palestine, whether on the land occupied in 1967 or on only part of it, or in East Jordan as promoted by the Jewish entity...
This is not the issue today. It has never been so before. Instead, the issue at its core is the establishment of an entity for Jews who were displaced voluntarily and unwillingly from various countries of the world, and the establishment of an entity for them after the usurpation of the land of Palestine by a decision from Britain, which occupied the entire region after the destruction of the Ottoman Khilafah (Caliphate) during World War I. Then the people of Palestine were killed and displaced from their land, which became part of the first Islamic state after Khaleefah Umar bin Al-Khattab (ra) received the keys to Al-Quds on the thirteenth day of the month of Ramadan in the fifteenth year of the Hijra, corresponding to 636 CE. This is the essence of the issue. The Jewish diaspora in the world was gathered in the land of Palestine, after its people were expelled from it. An entity in the form of a state was established for the Jews, as recognized by the same faction that today recognizes the establishment of a state for the Palestinians, outside the land from which they were displaced!
Hence, what happened on Monday and Tuesday, September 22-23, was more dangerous, more evil, and more criminal than the establishment of the Jewish entity 77 years ago. Before this grave event, there was the issue of an intractable occupation, backed by the global forces of evil. Now, however, the Jewish entity will no longer be a rogue specter or an occupation destined for extinction. Instead, it will become an established reality, recognized by the people of Palestine and those who support them.
As for not accepting an entity for the people of Palestine that is not viable, and adhering to the goal of complete liberation (tahrir), then no matter how long it takes, liberation must be achieved. Even if the Islamic Ummah today is under the yoke of wicked rulers who are agents of the forces of evil and usurpation, this era will not last, and the tyrants of today are doomed.
Haven’t you seen what your Lord (swt) did to Aad? Haven’t you seen what your Lord (swt) did to Thamud? And how He (swt) destroyed Pharaoh and Haman? Isn’t Allah (swt) watching the tyrants of today: America, Britain, France, Russia, and China? So take heed, O you who have insight, and do not rejoice too much over a useless bone that America and its followers have thrown at you, to distract you from your fundamental right. So be patient and steadfast and remain steadfast and fear Allah (swt) so that you may receive mercy. Allah (swt) said,
[وَاللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لا يَعْلَمُونَ]
“And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know” [TMQ Surah Yusuf: 21].
