The reality of the Makkah Agreement became apparent within just one month: that this agreement was in fact concluded to preserve America’s declining authority in the region and to share America’s security burden. Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar clarified immediately after the agreement, on 7 August 2026, “This agreement is not directed against any country but is purely defensive in nature.” Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Summit, “This agreement is fundamentally defensive in nature; it is not against any state, nor is it intended to create any confrontation or division.” Spokesperson for the armed forces of Pakistan, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, said in an interview with Al Arabiya, “The Makkah Agreement is not against any country; rather, it is for collective defence and deterring aggression.” He further clarified, “There is no element of aggression or intervention involved in this agreement.”

However, immediately after a drone attack in Saudi Arabia, blame has been placed on the Houthi militias in Yemen, paving the way for aggression against Yemen, with indications that Pakistan’s armed forces may be used in it. On 9 September 2026, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said, “If there is unprovoked aggression against Saudi Arabia, or if the ongoing conflict in Yemen spills over into Saudi Arabia, then the Makkah Agreement will certainly be activated.” On 17 September, his language was even more explicit. He said, “The Makkah Agreement applies to us, and we will fulfil our responsibility.” He further said, “No formal agreement is needed for the protection of the holy sites.”

Pakistan’s military spokesperson, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, told the Saudi newspaper Arab News that Pakistan stands with Saudi Arabia diplomatically and practically. In his words, “I want to emphasise the word ‘physically’ here. We will go to any extent.” Thus, the objectives of this agreement, concluded at America’s dictation, have become openly apparent, an agreement that Trump had expressed “extreme happiness” over.

Following America’s worst military defeat in the US-Iran war, America and its agents have become actively engaged in provoking Muslims against one another and inflaming a war of fitnah in Yemen through a satanic narrative based on deception and intrigue, so that America can watch the spectacle from a distance while Muslims become thirsty for one another’s blood and violate the sanctity of one another’s lives, property, honour and dignity. In this way, America may once again be given an opportunity to maintain its control over the region.

O Officers and Soldiers of the Pakistan Armed Forces!

Your leadership does not even tolerate the thought of sending you to fight the disbelievers for the protection of Muslims in Gaza, Kashmir or Burma. Yet, when it comes to a war among Muslims, it sends you within days, equipped with dangerous weapons of war. Whereas what is required is that the remaining American military infrastructure should be dismantled from this region once and for all, the most important and largest military base being the Jewish entity itself.

Yet instead of fighting the disbelievers in jihad in accordance with the commands of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw), your leadership is busy making agreements with the companies of Trump’s sons in order to please its master in Washington.

Instead of this leadership purifying the sacred land of the Hijaz from the filth of the treacherous House of Saud, these people are bent on sacrificing you to protect the thrones of those traitorous agents. Instead of these rulers using you, together with Iran, to fight America and the Jewish entity, these rulers are, on the contrary, busy pouring fuel on the fire of the war of fitnah among Muslims.

You have already been dragged into the quagmire of fighting Muslims in the tribal areas. Likewise, your blood is being shed in failed attempts to resolve the political dispute in Balochistan through nothing but military force. And now your blood is being sacrificed to protect the rule of the treacherous House of Saud.

So has the time still not come to overthrow this agent leadership and provide nusrah to the sincere and aware leadership represented by Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood? It is a leadership that will uproot all American influence from the seas between the islands of Indonesia in the East and Morocco in the West, unify the Islamic Ummah into a single entity, and bring an end to the American world order.

So who is there who wishes to attain the honour of earning this great distinction?

[وَسَارِعُوا إِلَى مَغْفِرَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرْضُهَا السَّمَاوَاتُ وَالْأَرْضُ أُعِدَّتْ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ]

“And hasten towards forgiveness from your Lord and a Paradise whose width is that of the heavens and the earth, prepared for the God-conscious.” [TMQ Surah Aal-e-Imran: 133].
