America’s Strategy on the International Stage: A Four-Dimensional Siege and the Stumbling of a Faltering Hegemony

Upon his return to the White House, Trump began taking sharp, sometimes provocative, and unexpected steps in the field of foreign policy. What may appear on the surface as disparate or impulsive moves are, in reality, nothing but manifestations of a unified and aggressive geopolitical doctrine aimed at preserving America's global hegemony and rebuilding its security belts. This strategy is being implemented through four principal geopolitical axes:

1. The American Continent: The Updated Monroe Doctrine and the First Security Belt

Within the framework of protecting its vital interests, America aims to cleanse the American continent—the first security belt—primarily of foreign powers. The Monroe Doctrine (America for the Americans), which had weakened for a long period, is regaining its momentum:

- Control of the Panama Canal: This vital artery of global trade and strategic transit was reclaimed from under the influence of Chinese companies and returned entirely to Washington’s control. This represents a decisive blow to Beijing’s logistical influence in the Latin American region.

- Control of Regimes and Arrangements in Latin America: Through overt pressure, military and political machinations, and military coups against opposing regimes, America has begun shaping governments that carry out its orders without hesitation. The purchasing of loyalties and the employment of local military leaders has provoked a state of extreme confusion and alarm among military elites worldwide, forcing many countries to conduct urgent rotations and replacements within their armies.

- Ending Britain’s Influence: Through its overt support for Javier Milei in Argentina, Washington has used him to reignite the issue of the Falkland Islands (Islas Malvinas), which are under British control. Similarly, the economic and political demands imposed on Canada are not merely regional aspirations; instead, they are moves aimed at completely uprooting the historical roots and influence of Britain on this continent.

- The Border Wall and Domestic Pressure: The wall on the southern border and the ban on immigration are not merely measures against refugees; instead, they are an organizational part of a policy aimed at fully subjugating sincere Muslims within America to the system, and exerting pressure on those who refuse to comply, either by tightening restrictions on them or deporting them.

In summary, America is working to entrench its absolute hegemony over its continent; this is achieved by excluding China from Panama, undermining the economic interests of Russia and China on the continent, and also limiting Britain's influence.

2. The European Axis: Replicating Hegemony and the Second Safety Belt

The deep penetration of Chinese capital and technology into Europe began to cast a shadow over America’s absolute hegemony on the Old Continent. To revive its dominance, Washington resorted to activating decisive tools:

- Strategic intimidation: The public claims over Greenland sowed panic within European political circles. The true objective of this claim was not to acquire territory, but rather to blackmail Europe and force it to sever all its relations with Russia and China.

- Imposing the financial burden: By compelling Europe to bear the expenses of the NATO alliance, America succeeds in securing a “second safety belt” not at its own expense, but at the expense of the Europeans’ own money.

3. The Anti-China Policy: Strangling the Potential Competitor by Land and Sea

Since America sees China as its greatest material competitor, reminiscent of its own burgeoning economic and industrial power before the Second World War, it has already begun the process of isolating it on the international stage:

- Dismantling Alliances: In order to undermine the strategic partnership between China and Russia, Russia was lured into the Ukrainian quagmire until its strength was depleted. The plan aims to lure Beijing into a similar quagmire through the gateway of Taiwan.

- Disrupting Supply Chains: Consecutive strikes were directed at China’s global trade routes; the Panama Canal was closed to its influence, and energy flows from Latin America and the Tehran-Moscow alliance were obstructed. Attempts are being made to slow down the Chinese economic engine by depriving its refineries and reprocessing facilities—designed to handle specific types of raw materials—of access to these materials.

4. The Strategy Directed at the Islamic Lands: Containing the Real, Manifest Danger

However, the greatest, most fundamental, and historical danger for America is not represented by China or Russia. After America wrested international leadership from Britain, it also inherited from it the banner of fighting Islam. Today, it considers the essential condition for preserving its shaky throne to lie in preventing the return of Islam to the arena of life and the seat of governance:

- Ongoing Crusades: The destruction of Afghanistan in 2001, Iraq in 2003, and later Somalia and other Muslim lands was solely to prevent Islamic countries from rising.

- Quelling the Awakening: The wave of public awakening (the Arab Spring) that erupted in 2011 was misled through false democratic slogans and deceptive movements. The revolutions in Egypt, Tunisia, and Libya turned into counterrevolutions at the hands of Western agents. As for Syria, its people—who refused to submit to the colonialists—were showered with thousands of tons of NATO and Russian missiles.

- Inciting Global Repression: America has given the green light for other countries to brutally suppress Muslims in order to subjugate them and break their will. The genocide of the Uyghurs in China, the demolition of masajid in India, the massacres in Myanmar, and the systematic oppression in Russia and Europe—all of this is part of an extended policy to crush the Islamic Ummah and constrict it from every side.

- The Genocide in Gaza and the Zionist Shield: The atrocities committed by the Jewish entity in Palestine are not merely measures to ensure its security. Instead, they constitute a massacre managed and directly sponsored by Washington, with the aim of intimidating Muslims in the region, preventing their unification around their single Islamic shield—the Khilafah (Caliphate)—and breaking their awareness and will.

- The Iran Card and the Manufactured Conflict: After the unparalleled steadfastness of the people of Gaza led to a surge of admiration and interest in Islam across the globe, America moved to activate the Iran file to divert public attention. Washington is pushing this scheme to achieve two objectives: the first is to control Iranian oil and waterways to choke China, and the second is to entrench the illusion of a “Greater Israel” among the Jewish entity while keeping it merely as a tool and agent in its hand.

In conclusion: The erratic aggression that America is displaying today does not express its absolute power. Instead, it is clear evidence of America’s loss of control over global governance and the deep crisis afflicting its system. The problem facing Muslims today is not merely the policy of a specific regime, but the final throes and death rattle of the entire capitalist order, which is gripped by terror of the anticipated Islamic resurgence. The only way to break this quadruple siege lies in the Muslims abandoning the borders and geopolitical illusions drawn by the West, and integrating together to work towards establishing their true shield: the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate).
