O Ulema of the Ummah: You are the heirs of the Prophets and the trustees of the Messengers over the servants of Allah (swt). So honor your inheritance and be worthy of your trust as leaders of the Ummah on its path to returning as the leadership of the world. Carry the Ummah forward so it may reclaim its authority from those who stole it, uproot the nationalistic borders drawn by the West between its lands, and reunify them all into one state as they once were. Then you and the Ummah together will pledge the Bayah of allegiance to a Khaleefah (Caliph) who will implement the Shariah Law of Allah (swt) among you, so that people will witness Islam as a living, practical reality and enter the Deen of Allah (swt) in multitudes. How happy and blessed you will be when all this good is recorded in your book of deeds, and with it, you meet your Lord (swt).

We Stop the Interference of the Kaffir West in Our Lives
Under the sponsorship of the French organization Promediation, Sudanese political parties held a workshop in Port Sudan, as reported on the Sudan Tribune website on 5 October 2025: “The workshop aims to define the parameters of a future Sudanese-led dialogue, including its participants, location, and the role of international mediation, according to bloc spokesman Mohammed Zakaria.”
He also explained that this workshop will be followed by other stages aiming to reach consensus among the widest possible number of political forces in the country to achieve stability and avoid conflict and polarization.
In response, the official spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Sudan, Mr. Ibrahim Othman (Abu Khalil), said in a press release:
First: Islam has decisively settled the issue of the source of solutions to life's problems, granting sovereignty to Shariah alone. A Muslim is not permitted to seek solutions to any of life's problems except from Shariah. Indeed, it has equated this to belief. Allah (swt) says,
[فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّىٰ يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَرَجاً مِّمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيماً]
“But no! By your Lord, they will never be ˹true˺ believers until they accept you ˹O Prophet˺ as the judge in their disputes, and find no resistance within themselves against your decision and submit wholeheartedly” [An-Nisa: 65].
Therefore, the source of solutions lies exclusively in Islam, not the whims of politicians vying for power.
Second: Islam obliges Muslims, when a dispute arises over any matter, to refer it to the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw), not to colonial powers or their criminal organizations. Referring matters to Islam is one of the fundamental principles of belief. Allah (swt) says,
[فَإِن تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلاً]
“Should you disagree on anything, then refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if you ˹truly˺ believe in Allah and the Last Day. This is the best and fairest resolution” [An-Nisa: 59].
Third: Mortgaging oneself to the kafir colonial states that is hostile to Islam and Muslims, such as France, America, Britain, and Russia, and relying on the interventions of their criminal organizations, such as Promediation, the American Institute of Peace, Chatham House, and others, is political suicide and a betrayal of the Ummah. Allah (swt) says,
[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا بِطَانَةً مِّن دُونِكُمْ لَا يَأْلُونَكُمْ خَبَالاً وَدُّوا مَا عَنِتُّمْ قَدْ بَدَتِ الْبَغْضَاءُ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَمَا تُخْفِي صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَرُ قَدْ بَيَّنَّا لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ]
“O believers! Do not associate closely with others who would not miss a chance to harm you. Their only desire is to see you suffer. Their prejudice has become evident from what they say—and what their hearts hide is far worse. We have made Our revelations clear to you, if only you understood” [Aal-i-Imran: 118].
Fourth: Islamic law has restricted the relationship with foreign countries and their organizations to the state, and has prohibited any individual or group from having any relationship with a foreign country or any foreign organization at all, as this poses a great danger to the entity of the state and the Ummah.
Fifth: Islam is rich in its rulings and solutions for all of life’s problems, as politics in Islam is to take care of people’s affairs, internally and externally, and is practically carried out by the state. It is the most noble of deeds, indeed it is the work of the prophets, as the Prophet (saw) described it when he (saw) said:
««كَانَتْ بَنُو إسْرَائِيلَ تَسُوسُهُمُ الأنْبِيَاءُ، كُلَّما هَلَكَ نَبِيٌّ خَلَفَهُ نَبِيٌّ، وإنَّه لا نَبِيَّ بَعْدِي، وَسَتَكُونُ خُلَفَاءُ فَتَكْثُرُ»، قالوا: فَما تَأْمُرُنَا؟ قالَ: «فُوا ببَيْعَةِ الأوَّلِ، فَالأوَّلِ، وَأَعْطُوهُمْ حَقَّهُمْ، فإنَّ اللَّهَ سَائِلُهُمْ عَمَّا اسْتَرْعَاهُمْ»
“Abu Huraira reported the Prophet as saying, “Banu Isra’eel were governed by the prophets, as often as one died another taking his place. There will be no prophet after me, but there will be numerous caliphs.” He was asked what command he had to give and replied, “Fulfil the oath of allegiance to each and give them their due for Allah will question them about what He asked them to guard” [Extracted by Muslim].
Abu Khalil concluded his statement saying: The Ummah today needs the system of Islam; the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood, which establishes the Deen, implements Shariah, uproots the influence of the Kaffir colonialist West from our lands, pursues the suspicious people who communicate with Western embassies and organizations, and live life in sincerity to the One, the Judge. And for such a purpose people should work, as Allah (swt) says,
[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ] “O believers! Respond to Allah and His Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life” [Al-Anfal: 24].

To the Sincere Soldiers in the Armies of the Muslims
O Armies in the lands of the Muslims: The Crusaders gathered from Europe, attacked the lands of the Muslims, and remained in Al-Quds for years, wreaking havoc. The fighting continued until the soldiers of Islam, led by Salahudin, fought them and defeated them in a well-deserved defeat. Salahudin then liberated the city and expelled them from it, by killing and humiliated. Its people returned to it, triumphant and glorified.
Are you not capable, O soldiers of the Muslim armies, of following the example of those who preceded you among the soldiers of Islam to liberate Palestine and the Hashim’s Gaza Strip by crushing the Jewish entity and eradicating it from existence, so that the people of Gaza, and indeed all of Palestine, can return to their homes, honored and victorious, preceded by the takbirs of victory, "Allahu Akbar”?
Indeed, you are capable! For you surround the Jewish entity as a bracelet surrounds a wrist. However, you need a sincere and loyal leader. Is there not such a leader among you to lead you in the fight against your enemy, who has been struck by humiliation and misery, and who cannot win in a fight against you?
[وَإِنْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ يُوَلُّوكُمُ الْأَدْبَارَ ثُمَّ لَا يُنْصَرُونَ] “But if they meet you in battle, they will flee and they will have no helpers” [Aal-i-Imran: 111]. Then you fight them in a battle that will scatter those behind them, and their group will be defeated and they will flee.
Indeed, you are able! So put your trust in your Lord and make firm your resolve and be among those about whom Allah described while they were fighting their enemy, saying:
[قُلْ هَلْ تَرَبَّصُونَ بِنَا إِلَّا إِحْدَى الْحُسْنَيَيْنِ وَنَحْنُ نَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمْ أَنْ يُصِيبَكُمُ اللَّهُ بِعَذَابٍ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ أَوْ بِأَيْدِينَا فَتَرَبَّصُوا إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ مُتَرَبِّصُونَ]
“Say, “Are you awaiting anything to befall us except one of the two best things: ˹victory or martyrdom˺? But We are awaiting Allah to afflict you with torment either from Him or at our hands. So keep waiting! We too are waiting with you.” [At-Tawbah: 52].
If the rulers prevent you from fighting your enemy, then fight them by all means and support Allah, and He will support you. Then the people of Gaza, and indeed all of Palestine, will return to their homes victorious, glorifying Allah, and conquering their enemy, destroying its entity, rather than returning to see their enemy dominate the Blessed Land with the support of Trump and the failure of the Ruwaybidha (insignificant ignorant) rulers!!

Jordanian Regime’s Security Apparatus Arrests One of Hizb ut Tahrir’s Members
On 8 October 2025 Jordan's security apparatus carried out a brutal arrest of Ustadh Khalid Al-Ashqar (Abu Al-Mu‘tazz), one of Hizb ut Tahrir’s members, from the door of the mosque as he was exiting the prayer; merely for speaking with the mosque’s imam earlier about the situation in Gaza and the obligation to support it.
In response, Hizb ut Tahrir’s Media Office in Wilayah Jordan issued a statement condemning this heinous act, saying:
The intensification of the regime’s repressive campaign against a word of truth spoken in exposing its negligence and its alignment with the Jewish entity and America, and its failure to carry out its duty to support the people of Gaza by mobilizing the armies, indicates its insistence on proceeding in its subservience to the colonial kufar (disbelieving) West and its injustice towards the people of Jordan and Palestine, and its persistence in allying with the enemies of the Ummah and leaning towards them, when a word of truth shakes it before its tyranny.
The statement added:
And as you have known Hizb ut Tahrir, it will neither tire nor be deterred by these arrests and the repression the regime practices against its members, nor by the media blackout it imposes. It will not be deterred from clarifying its stances and its goal for which it works through intellectual struggle and political struggle, which is the resumption of the Islamic way of life through the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood — the state that will mobilize the armies to eliminate the Jewish entity and the arms of America and its plans for the region, and will restore the Ummah’s honor and dignity.

Arrests of Hizb ut Tahrir Members in Beirut!
In a return to the approach and actions of arbitrary arrests by the security apparatus without any legal basis, individuals—later identified as members of a security apparatus affiliated with the government—on motorcycles arrested two Hizb ut Tahrir members in the Wilayah of Lebanon while they were distributing a statement condemning the continued Jewish aggression against Lebanon and its people. This arrest occurred yesterday, 17/10/2025, after Friday prayers in front of the Imam Ali Mosque in the Tariq al-Jadida area of Beirut.
In its press release, Hizb ut-Tahrir in Lebanon stated:
Will Lebanon, under its new period under the leadership of the former army commander and an International Court of Justice judge—who promised a state of law—maintain the methods of the defunct regimes? What scared them from Hizb ut Tahrir? Was it its denunciation of the Jewish aggression? Or its talk about the government's path toward normalization and surrender managed by America? Or its call to confront the Jewish and American campaigns in Lebanon and the region?
It added:
Everyone knows that Hizb ut Tahrir will not be silenced by these methods, and their experiences with it in Lebanon and elsewhere bear witness to this. The party will continue to confront the Jewish aggression against Lebanon and its people, and will confront any manifestation of normalization or surrender to America’s project.
The statement demanded that the authorities immediately and urgently release our brothers Hassan Abdul Hadi and Salah Daoud without any delay or procrastination.

Dialogue Forum: The Liberation Project: In the Balance of Islamic Rulings
Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia organized a dialogue forum on Sunday, October 12, 2025, in the Kairouan district of Tunis entitled "The Liberation Project: In the Balance of Islamic Rulings."
The forum was attended by a large number of local residents. Ustaadh Abdul Raouf Al-Amiri addressed the period following the fall of the Khilafah state, and how the colonialists created a handful of politicians after instilling in them their ideas that separate Islam from the seat of government, such as nationalism, the city-state, and democracy. He then placed them in positions through which they implemented these ideas and legislation, which were the primary reason behind the country's current state of dependency and backwardness.
He explained that the colonialists are the ones who dictate the country's policies, and all the nation's issues, both small and large, are in the hands of the West, which has been extremely careful to separate religion from people's lives. He concluded by explaining that Hizb ut Tahrir derived a state project from the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw), which are practical, applicable, and implementable Islamic rulings. They are obligatory for the nation to implement them because they represent an obligation imposed by Allah (swt) upon it. The True, Legal, and Possible Liberation Project.
Ustaadh Taher Nasr addressed in his interventions that the West brought successive politicians to power to implement their laws and ideas and to prevent Islam, its ideas, and its laws from coming to power. He emphasized that Islam is a set of legal rulings (Ahkam Shariah) that address all the problems facing humanity and is a way of life. He explained that the Islamic Ummah and the entire world yearn for and seek a new system to replace this capitalist system. Finally, he explained that the difficulties preventing this system from coming to power can be overcome if it is supported by men, if public opinion supports it, and if it is brought to power by people of strength and power.

O Muslims: Do Not Leave Your Affairs in the Hands of Your Enemies
O Muslims! Your treacherous rulers have sold you out cheaply, surrendering your causes to your enemies to preserve their shaky thrones. Your silence emboldens them to persist in betrayal, whilst they neither fear Allah (swt) nor are ashamed before you. They conspired against the Blessed Land of Palestine, empowered the vile cowardly Jews over it, remained silent over the massacre and destruction of Gaza, and watched its people being driven from their homes all while calling for “peace” and the “two-state solution,” the American project serving Jewish interests.
It is time, O Muslims, to put an end to the treachery of these puppet rulers, cast them away, and work with Hizb ut-Tahrir, the sincere and truthful leadership, to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) upon the Method of Prophethood. Only then will you regain your honor and dignity, take control of your destiny, and truly defend your causes. Do not allow your enemies to govern your affairs. Support Allah (swt) by working to implement His Shariah Law, He (swt) will support you and grant you authority upon the earth. Allah (swt) said,
[إن يَنصُرْكُمُ اللّهُ فَلاَ غَالِبَ لَكُمْ وَإِن يَخْذُلْكُمْ فَمَن ذَا الَّذِي يَنصُرُكُم مِّن بَعْدِهِ وَعَلَى اللّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكِّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ]
“If Allah helps you, none can overcome you; but if He forsakes you, who then can help you after Him? And in Allah let the believers put their trust” [TMQ Surah Ali Imran: 160].

America Accelerates Its Plan to Partition Darfur
O people of Sudan! America, which separated South Sudan, now seeks to carve out Darfur. If you handle this issue as you did with the South, its plan to divide Sudan into five states boundaries drawn with your blood, and the blood of your sons, will inevitably be realized. That would be utter loss in this world and the next.
Know that nations face existential issues for which they must choose between life and death. You, the Muslims of Sudan, bear witness that there is no god but Allah (swt) and that Muhammad (saw) is His Messenger. Your creed has defined your vital issues and the only Shariah course of action is to live under Islam or die for it. Among these vital issues are the unity of the Ummah and the unity of the state defined by Shariah, and bound to one course of action.
This is a decisive moment in your history. Rise as one to thwart this conspiracy. You can, if you seek the Nasr (support) of Allah (swt) and make reliance (tawwakul) upon Him, and if you call upon your sincere sons from among the people of power to restore your usurped authority from the agents of the West. This will be achieved by granting nussrah (military support) to Hizb ut-Tahrir, the party aware of the West’s conspiracies, its plans, and its agents and of Islam’s comprehensive system as a way of life. So rise, O Muslims, to obey Allah (swt) and for the good of this world and the Hereafter. Allah (swt) said,
[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ]
“O you who believe! Respond to Allah and the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life” [TMQ Surah Al-Anfal: 24].

The Problems of Muslims Are Solved by Removing Subservient Rulers and Establishing the Islamic State
An aware look at what the Ummah has endured under the Western-created nationalistic mini-states: occupation, killing, displacement, plunder, humiliation, and, above all, the exclusion of Islam’s ruling governance, reveals that the root cause is the absence of the Islamic State whose Khaleefah (Caliph) was feared, and behind whom battles were fought. Muslims must make the re-establishment of this state their foremost vital issue, restoring their dignity, sovereignty, and will.
The solutions proposed by America for the Middle East are categorically rejected, for their aim is domination over Blessed Palestine and all Muslim lands, and they are prohibited by Shariah. The claim of the weak-hearted that we are powerless before America and its tool, the Jewish entity, is baseless, for Allah (swt) said,
[ألَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِكَافٍ عَبْدَهُ وَيُخَوِّفُونَكَ بِالَّذِينَ مِن دُونِهِ وَمَن يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ]
“Is not Allah sufficient for His servant? Yet they frighten you with those other than Him. And whoever Allah leads astray, for him there is no guide” [TMQ Surah Az-Zumar: 36].
The real solution lies in removing the agent rulers and establishing one Islamic State upon the ruins of their thrones. Anything else is futile and only prolongs the Ummah’s suffering. This is the central issue; the key to victory, empowerment, and fulfillment of Allah’s (swt) promise.

No Matter How Long the Night of Betrayal, the Sun of Trust Must Rise
The Ummah today faces a great choice between rulers racing to appease their enemy Trump, and nations that know dignity can neither be bought nor sold. No matter how long the night of betrayal lasts, the sun of trust will rise by Allah’s (swt) Permission, and Palestine will remain the Ummah’s compass and its true test.
It is time for the Ummah to awaken to realize that its battle is not only against the occupying Jewish entity, but against the regimes in its own lands that serve as a protective wall for its crimes and arrogance. The Ummah that produced Salahuddin, who liberated Al-Quds from the Crusaders, and Qutuz, who crushed the Mongols and many others of formidable enemies, remains fertile and will not lack men who will restore its honor and pride.
No matter how long the night of betrayal, the dawn of trust and justice will surely come, soon by Allah’s (swt) Will, bringing a generation that will neither compromise nor submit, nor sell its cause or its homeland. It is a generation that will safeguard Palestine and its sanctities, restore the Ummah’s honor and dignity, and write bright pages in history. Indeed, the morning is near for those who await it.

[وَلَيَنصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ]
“And Allah will surely help those who help Him; indeed Allah is All-Powerful, Almighty.” [TMQ Surah Al-Hajj: 40]
The path to victory begins with the Ummah’s intellectual and political revival. To achieve that, we must return to Islam in its true dimensions, as a aqeedah, law, and governance. Hizb ut-Tahrir today leads this call with Iman and determination, showing the way to resume the Islamic way of life and restore the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) upon the Method of Prophethood. The balance of power will not shift in the Ummah’s favor until it returns to its aqeedah, unifies its ranks, and raises the banner of Islam high.
The Dawah of Islam, embodied in Hizb ut-Tahrir, invites us to support this great project, the project of an Ummah that will not compromise its faith nor lean on strangers. So, raise the banner of truth and be part of the aware, striving Ummah as Allah (swt) commanded.
Rise for the project of the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) upon the Method of Prophethood that Hizb ut-Tahrir sincerely works for. Only then will Allah’s (swt) Promise come true. That is the only path for the Ummah’s revival, for lifting the dominance of the disbelievers, restoring Islamic rule, and fulfilling Allah’s (swt) promise:
[وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ]
“Allah has promised those among you who believe and do righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession upon the earth” [TMQ Surah An-Nur: 55]. And He (swt) said,
[وَلَيَنصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ]
“And Allah will surely help those who help Him; indeed Allah is All-Powerful, Almighty” [TMQ Surah Al-Hajj: 40].
