The Fighting Between Pakistan and Afghanistan Is a Tragedy Whose Solution Lies in Islam Alone

Indeed, Muslims were shocked and saddened to hear of an attack on Kabul by Pakistan’s armed forces... Regardless of the narratives and justifications from both sides, it is tragic that Muslims are fighting Muslims, at a time when the Hindus occupy Kashmir and the Jews occupy Palestine.

Let us all ask ourselves, putting asides the false idols of nationalism and tribalism asides, what would please Allah (swt) in this situation, and consequently all the believers?

Firstly, sheathe any sword that points to Muslims, announcing that openly and clearly, whilst announcing Jihad in the Path of Allah (swt) for the liberation of Kashmir and Palestine. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «قَتْلُ الْمُؤْمِنِ أَعْظَمُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنْ زَوَالِ الدُّنْيَا» “Killing a believer is more grievous before Allah than the extinction of the whole world.” [An-Nasa’i]. Islam alone unified the warring tribes of Al-Aws and Al-Khazraj, so that they became the Ansaar who granted nussrah (military support) for Islam. There is no greater honor for officers, soldiers and mujahideen today, whether in Pakistan, Afghanistan or anywhere else.

Secondly, sever all alliances with warring kafir states, whether India or America, whilst announcing a Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) to unify the entire Muslim World, in stages, starting with Pakistan and Afghanistan, on the way to the rest of the Muslim countries. Allah (swt) said,

[الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِندَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعًا]

“Those who take disbelievers for allies instead of believers, do they seek power with them? Verily, then to Allah belongs all power.” [TMQ Surah An-Nisa'a 4:139]. An Ummah of two billion, with the support of Allah (swt), can overcome any tyrant.

Thirdly, announce that all the affairs of the Muslims, and grievances and demands for compensations from the past and present, will be settled by the Shariah Law of Allah (swt), as implemented by the Khaleefah. Allah (swt) said,

[فَإِن تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ]

“And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day.” [Surah An-Nisa'a 4:59]. Referring our affairs to Western liberal secular law is the cause of our disputes and wounds, not the solution, as the last one hundred years has confirmed.

Fourthly, besiege and imprison all the traitors who brought ruin to the region through their alliance to Trump, ahead of their trial for treason and violation of Shariah. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «إِذَا ضُيِّعَتِ الأَمَانَةُ فَانْتَظِرِ السَّاعَةَ» “When honesty is lost, then wait for the Hour.” It was asked, كَيْفَ إِضَاعَتُهَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ"How will honesty be lost, O Allah's Messenger ﷺ?" He (saw) said, «إِذَا أُسْنِدَ الأَمْرُ إِلَى غَيْرِ أَهْلِهِ، فَانْتَظِرِ السَّاعَةَ» “When authority is given to those who do not deserve it, then wait for the Hour.” [Bukhari]. The foremost criminals of our age are those who side with the attacking enemies, and rule by their laws. How do they deserve to rule the Ummah of Muhammad (saw)?

Fifthly, lead the entire world in a political movement to dismantle the corrupt American world order which has led to continual war on the basis of colonialism, nationalism and tribalism for over a century. It is the Khilafah Rashidah that will establish a new world order based on Dawah to the Deen of Truth, and Jihad to remove oppressive tyrants that stand in its way. Allah (swt) said,

[كُنتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ]

“You are (the) best (of) people raised for all of humankind - enjoining the right and forbidding from the wrong and believing in Allah.” [TMQ Surah Aali Imran 3:110].
