Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia mourns one of its men from the Dawah carriers, the brother:

Fawzi Labza, known as Al-Dziri

who passed away yesterday, Monday, the twenty-seventh of Ramadan 1447 AH, corresponding to 16 March 2026 CE. He always carried—may Allah have mercy on him—the banner of goodness with his brothers, a dawah carrier who was steadfast, patient, seeking reward, sowing light on the path of the call to the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood. Harm did not deter him, nor did harassment weaken his resolve, until when illness exhausted him and prevented him from striving, his heart remained attached to Allah, and his thought remained filled with the concern for Islam.

We ask Allah (swt) to accept him among the righteous, to raise his rank in ‘Illiyyin, and to inspire his family, relatives, and all his companions on his path with patience, steadfastness, and seeking reward.

[إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ]

“Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.” [Al-Baqarah:156]
