On Saturday 11th of March, the Women’s Section in the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir, in coordination with Muslimah Hizb ut Tahrir Indonesia, will be hosting an important international women’s conference in Jakarta, Indonesia entitled, “Al-Khilafah "Caliphate" & Education: Reviving the Golden Age” to address the education crisis currently affecting the Muslim world.

Following the organizing of the Miss Globe Pageant this year in Tunisia and setting the date of 25/12/2016 to take place in the Qubba Palace in El Menzah and based on the follow-up of the preparations and statements of those overseeing the pageant, we in the Women’s Section of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Tunisia would like to reiterate the following:

Hundreds of Rohingya Muslims from the Rakhine state are fleeing a brutal military crackdown by the conscienceless Myanmar army that followed an attack on border guards on October 9th which was blamed on so-called Rohingya militants.

A recent shocking report prepared by a non-government organization (NGO) stated that 44 to 53% of students in elite private schools in Islamabad were addicted to drugs. Students claimed they obtained the intoxicants from fellow pupils, street vendors or even teachers.
