The Islam-Loving People of the Country Have Rejected the July Charter, which was based on the West’s False Secularism and Democracy, And Are Demanding the Medina Charter based on their Pure Islamic Beliefs

On October 17, 2025, the country's power-greedy political elites signed the 'July Charter'- a political settlement written in the light of the false secular-democratic beliefs and system of the Western Kafir Colonialists especially the US-Britain, and set another disgusting example of betrayal to Islam and Muslims, and loyalty to the West. This manmade secular-capitalist system has failed in all countries around the world. This matter is as true as daylight that, this system of oppression protects the interests of the ruling class, a few capitalists and Western colonialists, and exploits the larger people. You are witnessing that Gen-Z in many countries are rebelling against the capitalist ruling class one after another and bringing down the rulers. After the July, 2024 uprising the country's power-hungry political classes, did not care about the people's aspirations for Sharia rule, Islamic beliefs and emotions, but rather they separated from the people and forced them into a marriage under the leadership of the Americans and signed the so-called 'July Charter'- a corrupt secular-democratic political settlement. Allah (swt) said,

[أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حُكْمًا لِقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ]

"Then is it the judgement of [the time of] ignorance they desire? But who is better than Allāh in judgement for a people who are certain [in faith]" [Surah Al-Ma'idah: 50]. Far from changing the plight of the people, this political settlement will only preserve the continuity of the current oppressive rule. As a result, the people have no trust in these democratic political circuses and the people are not interested in these matters.

O People, you must have witnessed that the Arab Spring began a wave of downfall of tyrant rulers, but in the cover of state reforms and new political settlements led by the West, the failed and declining secular-capitalist system remains in place. As a result, the plight of the people in these countries has not changed, but rather the dominance of the West has increased. In this country too, you are witnessing how the US-Britain are trying to control our politics, economy and military through their agents. Above all, how will this July Charter unite the people when it could not even unite this agent political classes?

O People, you must know how the political settlement ‘Medina Charter’ established on the basis of Islamic creed laid the foundation of the Islamic state in Medina. Under the Islamic state, citizens were united under just rule regardless of religion and race and lived a prosperous life.  Later, the Khilafah (Caliphate) spread this just rule of Islam throughout the world. However, the democratic system of the West has spread exploitation, oppression and war worldwide in a very short time. Therefore, to restore our glory and dignity, we must demand a political settlement based on the Charter of Medina and unite to establish the Khilafah.

O Sincere Officers of the Military, at this political juncture of the country, we would like to remind you of the Second Oath of Aqabah, when the military, led by Saad bin Mu’adh (ra), gave the Prophet (saw) nussrah (power) to establish the Islamic state, he (ra) didn’t care any power in the world other than Allah (swt). Ibn Ishaq said: قال ابن إسحاق لما اجتمع الأنصار لبيعة رسول الله ﷺ في العقبة الثانية، قال لهم العباس بن عبادة بن نضلة الأنصاري "يا معشر الخزرج، هل تدرون على ما تبايعون هذا الرجل؟ إنكم تبايعونه على حرب الأحمر والأسود من الناس. فإن كنتم ترون أنكم إذا نُهكت أموالكم وأشرافكم قتلاً أسلمتموه، فمن الآن، فهو والله خزي الدنيا والآخرة. وإن كنتم ترون أنكم وافون له بما دعوتموه إليه على نهكة الأموال وقتل الأشراف، فخذوه، فهو والله خير الدنيا والآخرة. فقالوا: إنا نأخذه على ذلك. فقالوا للنبي ﷺ: فما لنا على ذلك يا رسول الله إن نحن وفينا؟“When they gathered for the oath, Al-Abbas bin Ubadah bin Nadlah said: “Do you know what agreement you are entering into with this man? You are actually declaring that you will fight against various people. If you fear that your property will be at risk or the lives of your nobles will be in danger, then release him now, because if you do this after the oath, it will be humiliating for you both in this world and the Hereafter.  But if you think that you can carry out what you are asked to do despite the loss of precious life and property, then accept this heavy responsibility, and by Allah, therein lies the good of this world and the Hereafter.”  They replied, ‘We have already considered the loss of our property and the killing of our dignitaries, yet we are declaring our allegiance to him. But what will be our reward if we comply with all the terms of this agreement?’ The Prophet (saw) replied, ‘Paradise is destined for you.’ They said, ‘Raise your hand,’ then he raised his hand and they declared their allegiance to him. So unite with Hizb ut Tahrir in establishing the Khilafah on the method of Prophethood and give Nusrah (material support) to Hizb ut Tahrir without fearing of America-Britain-India. We want to assure you that the entire Muslim Ummah, except the agent ruling classes, is waiting for the emergence of the Khilafah, and is with you. Furthermore, if the agents are separated, these superpowers will have no way of interfering in our land, Insha’Allah.

[وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُم فِي الأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ ...]

“Allāh has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them…" [An-Nur: 55].
