Who Will Help the Prisoners of Palestine When Gallows Have Been Erected for Them?!
On Monday, March 30, 2026, the Knesset in the Jewish entity passed a law to execute Palestinian prisoners, and then the criminal Itamar Ben-Gvir and his companions celebrated by drinking alcohol in jubilation over the law.
This law came in light of the suffering of prisoners from the horrors of the criminal entity’s prisons, including torture, hunger, cold, and denial of treatment, to the point that those who enter those prisons are considered lost and those who leave them are considered reborn.
In the face of this brutality and arrogance, a press release issued by the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Blessed Land of Palestine said: The crimes of the criminal entity have spread far and wide in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, and elsewhere. To these crimes has been added the closure of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa and the prevention of worshippers from accessing it for over a month. Thus, Al-Aqsa has become a captive, threatened with execution and demolition, as the extremists of the Jewish entity declare day and night. And so, the captives and the sanctuary have fallen into the hands of those most hostile to the believers!
The statement further emphasized that: The prisoners and the Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa will not be saved by statements of condemnation and denunciation, nor by appeals from ulema urging the Muslim world to take to the streets before the mosque is demolished or the prisoners are executed. The crime did not begin with the execution order, but rather the day the Jewish entity was permitted to imprison a Muslim from the people of Palestine, and the armies of the Muslim world failed to rise up to free him.
It added: The crime did not begin the day the criminals threatened to demolish Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, nor the day they prevented worshippers from accessing the site of the Israa’ (Night Journey) of the Prophet Muhammad (saw). Instead, it began the day the monstrous entity occupied it and placed its chains upon its walls. It began the day the subservient regimes conspired to hand over all of Palestine, and its crown jewel, Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, to the Jewish entity, and then called for peace with it while it occupied the land and killed innocent people: It imprisoned men and women and waded through seas of blood spilled by the people of Gaza and all of Palestine.
The press release also affirmed: The Jewish entity and its most heinous criminals are too insignificant and small to occupy Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, and Allah has decreed,
[وَضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الذِّلَّةُ وَالْمَسْكَنَةُ]
“They will be stricken with disgrace” [Aali 'Imran 3:112], and decreed
[لَنْ يَضُرُّوكُمْ إِلَّا أَذًى وَإِنْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ يُوَلُّوكُمُ الْأَدْبَارَ ثُمَّ لَا يُنْصَرُونَ]
“They can never inflict harm on you, except a little annoyance. But if they meet you in battle, they will flee and they will have no helpers” [Aali 'Imran 3:111], and decreed
[وَلَتَجِدَنَّهُمْ أَحْرَصَ النَّاسِ عَلَى حَيَاةٍ]
“You will surely find them clinging to life” [Al-Baqarah 2:96]. Allah (swt) spoke the truth. False are the claims of those who say that the Ummah, with its armies or some of them, cannot liberate Palestine from its sea to its river and cleanse its sanctuary from the filth of the Jews in any single hour of the day.
The press release continued: While freeing prisoners is a Shariah obligation upon the Islamic Ummah and its armies, rescuing them from execution, especially when gallows have been erected for them, is even more imperative. While remaining silent about the occupation of the Blessed Land is a crime, remaining silent about the closure of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa and the threats to demolish it is an even greater crime. And while failing to liberate Palestine is a grave sin, failing to liberate it while the blood of its people is being spilled, and Al-Aqsa is being closed and its demolition being planned is the mother of all sins.
The press release concluded by reaffirming once again that: The duty of the Muslim Ummah today is the same as yesterday: To act, not merely to condemn and denounce, but to ignite its armies with the fervor of Iman, kindle the flame of Jihad in the Path of Allah, and overthrow the thrones of its rulers, having set its sights on the Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, liberating it and proclaiming Allah’s greatness with takbeer,
[وَلِيَدْخُلُوا الْمَسْجِدَ كَمَا دَخَلُوهُ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَلِيُتَبِّرُوا مَا عَلَوْا تَتْبِيراً]
“and enter that place of worship as they entered it the first time, and utterly destroy whatever would fall into their hands” [Al’Isra 17:7]. Any action that falls short of this duty is a betrayal of Allah (swt), His Messenger (saw), the Night Journey of the Messenger of Allah (saw), and the blood of the people of Palestine and their prisoners. To Allah (swt) we belong and to Him we shall return.

Neutrality in the Wrong Place Is Supporting Falsehood and Abandoning the Truth
(Al Jazeera Net) — Official Turkish sources revealed to Al Jazeera Arabic that Ankara has engaged in extremely intensive diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions, and prevent the escalation of the ongoing war in the Middle East, playing the role of mediator to convey American demands to Iranian officials.
The sources explained that Erdogan and his Foreign Minister, Hakan Fidan, made contacts with about ten countries in an effort to extend the 48-hour deadline that Trump had given to Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz and to create a basis for dialogue.
Al-Rayah Newspaper: If the conflict were between two Muslim parties, we would say that the Shariah obligation in this case is to reconcile between them, in compliance with the Words of Allah (swt),
[وَإِن طَائِفَتَانِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ اقْتَتَلُوا فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا]
“And if two groups of believers fight each other, then make peace between them” [TMQ Surah Al-Hujurat 9].
However, when the aggression comes from Crusader America and the Jewish entity, which has usurped the place of the Messenger of Allah (saw), against a Muslim country while some Muslim rulers host American military bases, from which it wages its attacks on Iran, and others position themselves as mediators between disbelieving America and the Muslim country under attack, this is the height of betrayal.
The Shariah obligation is to expel all American bases, for Islam forbids allowing the disbelievers any authority over the believers. Allah (swt) said,
[وَلَن يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلاً]
“And Allah will never grant the disbelievers a way over the believers” [TMQ Surah An-Nisa 141].
Likewise, it is a Shariah obligation upon the armies of the Muslims to act in support of their brothers wherever they are attacked.
Before Iran, America and its allies attacked Afghanistan and then Iraq, and the Jews carried out a war of extermination in Gaza, yet the armies of the Muslims did not move to support them, despite the command of Allah (swt) Who said,
[وَإِنِ اسْتَنصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ]
“But if they seek your help against persecution in faith, it is your obligation to help them” [TMQ Surah Al-Anfal 72].
Therefore, we address the armies of the Muslims to fulfill their Shariah obligation by supporting those striving to for the resumption of the Islamic way of life, overthrow the treacherous rulers who stand as obstacles to aiding the oppressed Muslims, expel American bases from our lands and pursue them to the heart of their own countries, rid the world of their evils, eliminate the Jewish entity, and carry Islam as a Risaalah (message) of guidance and light to all people.
Allah (swt) says,
[هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ]
“He is the One Who has sent His Messenger with true guidance and the Deen of truth, making it prevail over all others, even to the dismay of the polytheists” [TMQ Surah At-Tawbah 33].

The Sudanese Regime Imposes Taxes on Displaced People with No Regard for Their Situation!
The Prime Minister Kamil Idris directed not to add any fees or new taxes at the crossings, and he also directed the governmental entities, represented in the Ministry of Finance, Customs, Taxes, the States, and the Crossings Administration, to put the directive into immediate implementation. This directive came from the Prime Minister on the background of the Arqin crossing crisis, where tax increases reached up to 1,350,000 pounds on one bus!! Which made the bus drivers enter into a strike that led to the accumulation of hundreds of vehicles and the disruption of the travel of the displaced returning from Egypt to Sudan.
In response, the Official Spokesperson of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan, Ustadh Ibrahim Osman (Abu Khalil), said in a press release: And the question that must be directed to the Prime Minister and his government is, why originally are taxes and fees imposed on the crossings so that the Prime Minister directs not to add new fees or taxes? And what is the Shariah ruling regarding taking this money, whether it is from the vehicles or from their passengers?!
Indeed, Islam has determined Shariah rulings by which the state takes money from its subjects, and its spending entities, but the tax system applied in Sudan is based on the Western capitalist basis.
As for in Islam, it is not permitted for the state to take money from anyone except with his willing consent, as the Prophet (saw) said, «فَإِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ وَأَعْرَاضَكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ حَرَامٌ، كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا» “Indeed, your blood, your wealth, and your honor are sacred upon you like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this land of yours, in this month of yours.”
Then indeed imposing taxes and fees on vehicle owners leads naturally to increasing ticket prices that the person pays; meaning that all indirect taxes that are imposed on goods and services lead to raising their prices, and this is forbidden in Shariah, for the saying of the Prophet (saw), «مَنْ دَخَلَ فِي شَيْءٍ مِنْ أَسْعَارِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ لِيُغَلِّيَهُ عَلَيْهِمْ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يُقْعِدَهُ بِعُظْمٍ مِنَ النَّارِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»“Whoever enters into anything of the prices of the Muslims to make it expensive upon them, it is a right upon Allah that He seats him with a bone from the Fire on the Day of Resurrection.”

The Jewish Entity Is Nothing But a Lowly Mouse Hiding in America’s Pocket
The Ummah has grown weary of the betrayal of its armies in the face of the arrogance of this contemptible entity. It is nothing but a cowardly mouse hiding in America’s pocket, peeking out only to steal a morsel from the plate of the Islamic Ummah. When confronted, it hides, and its cries grow louder.
It does not befit an Ummah whose sons are named Hamza, Umar, Ali, Khalid, and Ubaidah, and who were taught the campaigns of Salahuddin, Muhammad al-Fatih, and Qutuz, who confronted the greatest empires and reduced them to dust, to remain silent in the face of such insults.
Indeed, public opinion in the Ummah calls upon the armies every day, saying: Where are you? Where are you while your eyes see and your ears hear? Enough negligence over blood, land, and wealth.
This is a case of arrogance, pride, and corruption, in fulfillment of the words of Allah (swt),
[وَقَضَيْنَا إِلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ فِي الْكِتَابِ لَتُفْسِدُنَّ فِي الأَرْضِ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَلَتَعْلُنَّ عُلُوّاً كَبِيراً]
“And We decreed for the Banu Israeel in the Scripture: You will surely cause corruption on the earth twice, and you will surely reach a degree of great haughtiness” [TMQ Surah Al-Isra 4].
They take strength over defenseless prisoners who have no power, in violation even of international norms,
[ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَالُواْ لَيْسَ عَلَيْنَا فِي الأُمِّيِّينَ سَبِيلٌ وَيَقُولُونَ عَلَى اللّهِ الْكَذِبَ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ]
“This is because they say, ‘We are not accountable for exploiting the Gentiles.’ And so they attribute lies to Allah knowingly” [TMQ Surah Ali Imran 75].
The corruption and mischief to which the Jewish entity has reached is no longer hidden from anyone. Even the peoples of the world, among the non-Muslims, have realized it and witnessed it with their own eyes. This will leave their entity without support or protector when the next confrontation with the Ummah comes, soon, by the will of Allah (swt).
So hasten, O sincere ones in the armies of the Ummah, to restore the authority of the Ummah so that it may move under the leadership of its Khlaleefah Rashid (Rightly Guided Caliph) toward the Blessed Land of Palestine, liberate it, and free the world from the evils of the Jews.
Allah (swt) says,
[إِنَّ فِي هَذَا لَبَلَاغاً لِّقَوْمٍ عَابِدِينَ]
“Surely this Quran is sufficient as a reminder for those devoted to worship” [TMQ Surah Al-Anbya 106].

Only the Islamic System Can Free Humanity From the Greed of Capitalism
The Islamic ideology (mabda’) is a divine ideology that prevents anything from depriving a person of their humanity. It guarantees life under the commands of Allah (swt), achieving justice, light, and well-being, and safeguarding human rights from the right to live to the right not to be spied upon, among many others.
The Islamic system is the only one capable of freeing humanity from the greed and immorality of capitalism. That is why there is a fierce attack on the lands of the Muslims and on the carriers of the call and those striving to restore Islamic life. The disbelievers know that the moment this state emerges and its establishment is declared, the countdown to their destruction by its hands begins, a destruction from which there is no return.
That is why we see them constantly trying to mislead the direction whenever the peoples grow weary and begin to move; but praise be to Allah (swt), there is a party that carries the decisive causes of the Ummah, the most important of which is the establishment of the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) upon the Method of the Prophethood, as the Messenger of Allah (saw) gave glad tidings of.
Hizb ut Tahrir, with its deep understanding since its founding by the esteemed Al-Azhari Mujtahid Mutlaq, Sheikh Taqiuddin An-Nabhani, may Allah (swt) have mercy on him, and his followers to this day, has prepared a complete and integrated project for the Ummah based on the Noble Quran and Prophetic Sunnah. It has trained men and women of the highest caliber who will assist the Ummah in reaching safety, resuming the Islamic way of life, spreading the light and justice of Islam, and moving people from worshipping other humans to worshipping the Lord of all humanity, Allah (swt), and from the oppression and injustice of capitalism to the justice and light of Islam.

When the Unifying State Is Absent Even Immense Energies Become Scattered
An analysis of the period after 1924 reveals that the Muslim lands have not emerged from a cycle of successive crises: direct occupations, economic subservience, domestic disputes, border conflicts, political pressures, and the continuous reshaping of the region according to the interests of the major powers. All of this occurs in the absence of a single political authority capable of unifying these energies and directing them within a unified project.
This does not mean that history is simply reproduced as it was, or that a return requires repeating the form without reflection. Instead, it means that the question of political unity is not an intellectual luxury, but a matter directly related to the Ummah’s ability to protect itself, manage its wealth, formulate its foreign policies, and defend its major causes. When the unifying instrument is absent, energies remain scattered, even if they are immense.
The year 1924 was not merely the end of a phase, but the beginning of a new stage of political division and fragmentation. The question that presents itself today, after one hundred and five hijri years, is this: Will the Ummah remain captive to this division as if it were an eternal fate, or will the idea of the Ummah’s unity as a Shariah ruling that is obligatory and a practical necessity, resurface and assert itself as the fundamental solution to a prolonged crisis?
History does not move randomly. The abolition of the Khilafah (Caliphate) did not only change the form of ruling governance; it altered the shape of the world around us. Reflecting on that moment is not nostalgia for the past, but a search for a key to understanding a troubled present and envisioning a future in which the Ummah regains its ability to become a single, unified Ummah bound by the Aqeedah (creed) of Islam, not merely by a shared sentiment.

O Muslims: Your glory, the pride of your forefathers, the achievements of your ancestors, and your history rich with priceless treasures; all of these call upon you to restore your honor, to leave behind the forces of division, to liberate yourselves and your lands, and to save your brothers and sisters from slaughter and the desecration of their blood and wealth.
America and the Jews have violated every law and every human code, practicing nothing but the law of the beasts. Only you remain, the ones whose eternal system elevated human rights and implemented them over thirteen centuries ago. Do not pay heed to the mockers, while above your heads hangs the sword of America, drawn, capturing all eyes.
Come forth, for this is Hizb ut Tahrir, the pioneering guide that does not lie to its people, calling you to the ship of salvation, to return and reclaim your honor and glorious heritage, to sharpen your resolve, to race along the path to greatness and dignity, and to spread it on the wings of breezes.
Let your slogan be: Welcome, for history repeats itself and calls us to what we were raised upon, to the events we have known and the stances we have taken, so that sons and grandsons may write the pages of glory with their own hands, just as their fathers and ancestors did. It presents us with the opportunity for this Ummah to advance, to raise the banner of glory on the highest peak of striving in life, and the outcome belongs to those who fear Allah (swt).
