Reject the Sending of Muslim Soldiers to Gaza in Support of Trump’s “Board of War and Occupation”

On 16 January 2026, the White House issued a press release, under the title, ‘Statement on President Trump’s Comprehensive Plan to End the Gaza Conflict’ which stated, “To operationalize the Board of Peace’s vision—under the chairmanship of President Donald J. Trump—a founding Executive Board has been formed, composed of leaders with experience across diplomacy, development, infrastructure, and economic strategy. The appointed members are: Secretary Marco Rubio, Ajay Banga, Robert Gabriel, Steve Witkoff, Jared Kushner, Minister Hakan Fidan, Ali Al-Thawadi, General Hassan Rashad, Sir Tony Blair, Marc Rowan, Minister Reem Al-Hashimy, Nickolay Mladenov, Yakir Gabay, Sigrid Kaag" It also stated, “To establish security, preserve peace, and establish a durable terror-free environment, Major General Jasper Jeffers has been appointed Commander of the International Stabilization Force (ISF), where he will lead security operations, support comprehensive demilitarization, and enable the safe delivery of humanitarian aid and reconstruction materials.” (whitehouse.gov)
Comment:
Trump’s Board of Peace is actually a “Board of War and Occupation.” The evidence includes the statements of its members, who openly reject any authority of Muslims over Palestine, and firmly support the occupying Jewish entity. In an interview at Harvard University on 15 February 2024, Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, described the proposal of a Palestinian state as “a super bad idea” that “would essentially be rewarding an act of terror”. As for Sir Tony Blair, a key architect of the war against Islam, on 29 September 2025, he stated, “President Trump has put down a bold and intelligent plan... ensuring Israel’s absolute and enduring security.” As for Trump’s Commander of the International Stabilization Force (ISF), Major General Jasper Jeffers, he is a specialist in spilling the blood of Muslims resisting occupation, and hiding civilian losses as collateral damage. In his long and brutal career, Major General Jasper Jeffers has been deployed in Operation Iraqi Freedom (Iraq), Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan), and Operation Resolute Support (Afghanistan). Any Muslim troops that are sent to Gaza, whether from Pakistan or Indonesia, will be under the command of Trump's general.
O Muslims! O Armies of Muslims! For over two years, the rulers and military commanders of the Muslims have betrayed the Blessed Land of Palestine, by refusing to send Muslim troops to fight the Jewish entity, and liberate Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa. Yet, they are not satisfied with this betrayal of Allah (swt), His Messenger (saw), and the believers. They are now preparing to send Muslim troops, under the military command of Trump’s general, and under the political supervision of a board that aims to grant the Jewish entity what it could not achieve by itself.
O Muslims! You have worked hard to support Gaza despite the threats of the rulers and military commanders against you. You have demanded that the armies of Muslims are mobilized in support of Gaza. Now you must continue to raise your voices against this new chapter of treachery against the land of Isra’a and Miraj. You must demand that the armies depose the rulers, and extend military support (nussrah) for the establishment of the Junnah (Shield) of the Muslims, the Khilafah (Caliphate).
O Armies of Muslims! The Shariah obligation upon the armies of Muslims to liberate Palestine began in 1948, and has not ended. It has been nearly eight decades of successive chapters in betrayal, including the betrayal of Gaza. Do not step foot on the Blessed Land of Palestine under the command of an American crusader general. Mobilize to ensure that you march on the Blessed Land under the leadership of a rightly guided Khaleefah, by whom you are protected and behind whom you fight. The Prophet (saw) said, «إِنَّمَا الإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ» “The Imam (Khaleefah) is a shield (Junnah). The Muslims fight behind him and they are protected by him.”
Thus, Hizb ut Tahrir, under its Ameer, the eminent alim, Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah (may Allah protect him) seeks your nussrah (military support) for the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, as the first step. Mobilize in response!
