The Court Trying Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir in Al-Ubayyid Deprives Them of Their Right to Release on Bail for the Second Time
(Translated)

A court session for the trial of the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir was held today, Sunday 22/02/2026, in the city of Al-Ubayyid. There was a heavy presence of volunteer lawyers defending these men who carry the concern of their Ummah and who are being tried because they spoke the truth openly and carried out the Shar‘i duty from which many people have fallen short. The defense committee was formed of eleven volunteer lawyers.

After listening to the complainant from the Security and Intelligence Service and the investigator, the head of the defense committee submitted a request to the judge to release the Dawah carriers on bail, especially since the articles under which they are being tried permit this. However, the judge postponed the decision on the request to the next session, scheduled for Wednesday, 25/02/2026, thereby depriving them of their legal right for the second time. He had previously postponed their release in the first session on the pretext that he wanted to hear from the investigator, and he continues to keep them imprisoned as a punishment before convicting them.

The authority whose head agreed with Masad Boulos in Zurich to fight Islam, and which persistently implements through its security and judicial apparatuses the outcomes of that agreement, is a fallen authority and is not fit to rule the people. It is incumbent upon the believing people of Sudan those who fast and stand in prayer to Allah, Lord of the Worlds to consign such an authority to the dustbin and to re-establish their lives on the basis of justice and the clear truth: the great Islam, by establishing its state, the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood. For such let the workers strive, seeking the pleasure of the Lord of the Worlds and in defiance of the disbelievers and their helpers:

[وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ] “And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned.” [Ash-Shu’ara:227].
