Two-State Solution is a Shameless Mockery of the Century
[اللَّهُ يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِهِمْ وَيَمُدُّهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ]
“[But] Allah mocks them and prolongs them in their transgression [while] they wander blindly” [Surah Al-Baqara: 15]

Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Bangladesh strongly denounces what Prof. Yunus said at UN General Assembly, “Only on the basis of the pre-1967 borders, with Israel and Palestine living side by side in peace, can justice be done”. While the people of Palestine are being exterminated before our very eyes and the Jews usurped 78% of Palestine illegally, how can justice be done by allowing ‘Israel’ to live side by side with Palestine! Why do we call a few enclaves inside an illegal Jewish entity a state (Palestine), but it doesn't even have its own army?

This mockery reminds us of the farce of Yasser Arafat's declaration of the establishment of the State of Palestine on 15 November 1988 in Algeria. It was a state on paper, but the crude fruit of the Oslo negotiations was a meager authority under the bayonets of the Jews. Despite all this, this recognition was welcomed by the ruwaibidah (insignificant ignorant) Muslim rulers, as well as the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Arab League. Surprisingly, it was also welcomed by Palestinian organizations, who consider it a fruit of their steadfastness, as if Palestine had been liberated and the Jewish entity had been eradicated! [قَاتَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ أَنَّى يُؤْفَكُونَ] “May Allah condemn them! How can they be deluded ˹from the truth˺?” [At-Tawbah: 30].

The U.S.-designed Two-State solution aims to normalize the relationship between the illegal Jewish entity and Muslim countries. Without the backing of Muslim countries' betraying rulers, this entity would not last a day, even with the billions of dollars in military aid it receives from the Western world:

[لَنْ يَضُرُّوكُمْ إِلَّا أَذًى وَإِنْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ يُوَلُّوكُمُ الْأَدْبَارَ ثُمَّ لَا يُنْصَرُونَ]

“But if they meet you in battle, they will flee and they will have no helpers” [Aal-i Imran: 111]. The U.S., in particular, began to exert influence over the Two-State solution in the 1990s and used it to further its own geopolitical goals by bolstering its proxy - ‘Israel’. The U.S. makes sure that the Muslim Ummah stays divided by keeping ‘Israel’ militarily strong and always at odds with its neighbors. At the same time, the U.S. strikes a balance to prevent ‘Israel’s’ power from sparking a conflict that could disrupt the entire system. This checks and balances system is a smokescreen for the U.S. hegemony in the Middle East. The U.S. is not a fair mediator balancing power; rather, it is the ecosystem manager in which ‘Israel’ dominates the Arabs, the U.S. controls ‘Israel’ to a certain extent, and sometimes, indirectly, through Iran, and everyone is still dependent on Washington.

O Muslims, Britain, Canada, Australia, and Portugal recognized the so-called "State of Palestine," followed by several countries at the high-level international conference of the United Nations General Assembly held from September 22-30, 2025, and co-chaired by France and Saudi Arabia. It is clear that the former head of disbelief (kufr), Britain, and other disbelieving countries recognized the so-called State of Palestine to hide their ugly, deceitful face from the whole of mankind in general and to their own people in particular. Several news reports indicating continued military support for ‘Israel’ attest to this, for instance, according to the Anadolu news agency, the country's media reported that "Britain sent more than hundred thousand bullets to Israel in one month (last August) amid the massacre in Gaza. Other shipments in August included tanks, shotguns and rifles, as well as various types of explosives" (Manabzamin, 1 October 2025). Through the deceptive Balfour Declaration of 1917, the cunning imperialist Britain initially ceded portions of the Uthmani Khilafah (Palestine) to the Zionists. Following World War II, the U.S. assumed control of the ME and became the preeminent superpower when Britain went bankrupt. Since then, the U.S.-led Western world has been working on this deceitful trap, which rewards ‘Israel’ with permanent rights to plunder. As part of this effort, they now plan to form an international body called the “Gaza International Transitional Authority (GITA)”, that would have a mandate to be Gaza’s “supreme political and legal authority” for as long as five years, and would be headed by Tony Blair, the former British Prime Minister who played a supporting role in the 2003 US invasion of Iraq (“The White House is backing a plan that would see Tony Blair head a temporary administration of the Gaza Strip”, The Guardian, 25 September, 2025).

O Muslims, the genocide in Gaza is not just a distant tragedy, but the blazing front line of our Ummah's struggle in that blessed land. Our brothers and sisters in Palestine are not fighting for transient power or worldly riches; they are standing as guardians, sacrificing their very lives for every inch of land that belongs to the Muslims, defending the sanctity of our Ummah against the onslaught of belligerent disbelievers. The main point is that Muslims must remember that the Two-State solution means recognizing the Jewish claim to the sacred land. This is forbidden in Shariah. The noble companions and righteous mujahideen shed their blood there. It's also the site of the third sacred mosque, a pilgrimage destination for Muslims worldwide. It is where the Prophet's (saw) Night Journey took place. As an Islamic land, Palestine is a place where Muslims cannot give up an inch of it.

The Ummah's greatest calamity is her rulers, who keep our brave military sons confined to barracks. Instead of sending them to fight under the banner of Islam to save Muslims from genocide, to protect the first Qibla, and to liberate our sacred land, they shamefully send them on UN peacekeeping missions under the leadership of the belligerent disbelievers. Since the Caliphate was abolished nearly a hundred years ago, Muslims have lacked a caliph to rally behind and fight for. As the Prophet (saw) said,

«إِنَّمَا الإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ عَنْهُ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ» “Verily the Imam is a shield who is fought from behind and is protected by” (reported by Al-Bukhari and Muslim). Therefore, Muslims worldwide are calling on sincere military officers to join hands and re-establish the Caliphate under the leadership of Hizb ut Tahrir. Allah (swt) says:

[قَاتِلُوهُمْ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ اللَّهُ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ وَيُخْزِهِمْ وَيَنْصُرْكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُؤْمِنِينَ]

“So fight them and Allah will punish them at your hands, put them to shame, help you overcome them, and soothe the hearts of the believers” [At-Tawbah: 14].
