On Monday, March 30, 2026, the United States stated that it respects the right of “Israel” to enact its own laws, after the Knesset imposed the death penalty on Palestinian prisoners. A State Department spokesperson said, “The United States respects Israel’s sovereign right to determine its own laws and penalties for individuals convicted of terrorism. We trust that any such measures will be carried out with a fair trial and respect for all applicable guarantees and protections.”

America and its protégé, the Zionist entity, have not been satiated with the Muslim blood they have spilled in the blessed land of Palestine, in the land of Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim (Iran), in Lebanon and across the region. Now, with explicit American cover, the Zionist entity has legalized the killing of Palestinian prisoners, most of whom were abducted from their homes and towns rather than captured on battlefields. This is yet another blatant disregard for international laws and norms regarding the treatment of prisoners in a long record of colonial brutality against the Muslims. The depravity of the Zionist society is unparalleled as evidenced by its celebration of the Jewish entity’s soldiers who raped Palestinian prisoners.

The slogans of “human rights,” “freedom,” and “democracy” have been exposed for the lies they are. America no longer even attempts to conceal its support for blatant killing, sieges, imprisonment, and mass destruction when these serve its colonial interests and the security of its protégé, the Zionist entity. Any opposition is met with brutal imperial scorched-earth policies.

Despite the Iranian regime serving American interests in the region for decades in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria, its leaders have been assassinated with the hopes of replacing them with more servile agents. Not content with shedding the blood of these leaders, America has gone on to bomb universities, schools, and homes causing mass casualties especially of children - a pattern that has repeated.

America and its protégé, the Zionist entity, would not have dared to persist in these crimes against the blessed land of Palestine and the land of Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim (Iran) had the Ummah been under a Khalifah (Caliph). The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «إنَّما الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ، يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ»“The Imam is but a shield; one fights behind him and is protected by him.” (Muslim). Therefore, Ulema described working to establish a Khalifah who rules the Muslims according to what Allah has revealed and by whom the Muslims are protected, as the crown of obligations. Whoever dies without having bay’ah (pledged allegiance) to a Khalifah dies a death of Jahilliyah (ignorance), as the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «مَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً» “Whoever dies without having pledged allegiance dies a death of ignorance.” (Muslim).

The sanctities of the Muslims will continue to be violated until the Ummah restores a Khalifah who protects its blood, lands, and honor. Without the Khilafah, the rules of Islam remain suspended from authority, and the sanctities of the Muslims remain exposed to violation. As the juristic principle states, "ما لا يتم الواجب إلا به فهو واجب" “Whatever alone fulfills a Shariah obligation, itself is a Shariah obligation”

In the absence of the Khilafah, the colonial states neither protect Muslims abroad nor value the Muslims living within their own borders, even when they number in the millions. This is because sections of the Muslim community in the West have been politically neutralized through assimilationist discourse promoted by regime-aligned voices who detach Muslims from the interests of their Ummah. They have normalized integration into Western party politics and some have even gone as far as stating it’s a Fard, even though both ruling and opposition parties ultimately operate within the same colonial framework that wages war against the Muslim lands. If Muslims in the West acted as an independent political bloc carrying Islam and defending the interests of the Ummah and the Deen within established Islamic legal frameworks, American officials would at least be forced to reckon with visible and organized political cost. Therefore, Muslims in the West must organize themselves as an independent political force, separate from the colonial parties, and present Islam as a civilizational alternative to the Western colonialist system of capitalism and democracy. Only then can we exert principled pressure rather than being absorbed into the system.

O Muslims in America! O people of influence and understanding among you! If we do not politically confront this system and expose its crimes, then our silence will deepen our burden before Allah and before the Ummah. Know with certainty that only Islam provides a just system that governs all people without prejudice or double standards. We must adopt Islam as a civilizational alternative and a just system that holds the rich and poor, and the strong and weak, to the same standard, as our master Umar al-Farooq (ra) said, condemning the tyranny of the strong over the weak, "متى استعبدتم الناس وقد ولدتهم أمهاتهم أحرارًا؟!" “When did you enslave people when their mothers bore them free?”

So, work with Hizb ut Tahrir, the proponent of this civilizational project in the Muslim world, to establish the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, and carry Islam in the West as a civilizational alternative, to bring humanity out of the oppression and injustice of capitalism into the light and justice of Islam. Allah (swt) states:

[قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ تَعَالَوْاْ إِلَى كَلَمَةٍ سَوَاء بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ أَلاَّ نَعْبُدَ إِلاَّ اللّهَ وَلاَ نُشْرِكَ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَلاَ يَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُنَا بَعْضاً أَرْبَابًا مِّن دُونِ اللّهِ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَقُولُواْ اشْهَدُواْ بِأَنَّا مُسْلِمُونَ]

“Say, ‘O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you - that we will not worship except Allah and not associate anything with Him and not take one another as lords instead of Allah (ﷻ).’ However if they turn away, then say, ‘Bear witness that we are Muslims submitting to Him.’” [Aali Imran: 64].
