Thawban (ra) reported: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: «لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ، لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ، حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ وَهُمْ كَذَلِكَ» “A group from my Ummah will remain manifest upon the truth. Those who forsake them will not harm them, until the Command of Allah comes while they are in that state.” (Sahih Muslim). And as long as there is a group manifest upon the truth within the midst of this blessed Ummah, then the plots of the enemies and their mutual agreements against the Muslims will not bear fruit! For the Ummah will prevail over the East and the West, sooner or later, by the Permission of Allah (swt). Allah (swt) says: [وَانْتَظِرُوا إِنَّا مُنْتَظِرُونَ] “And wait; indeed, We are waiting” [TMQ Surah Hud: 122].

Ephpheta Paul VI Institute and Racial Extremism
Ephpheta Paul VI Institute (Iftah Paul VI School for Special Needs) in the city of Bethlehem in the West Bank has sparked widespread controversy following its administration’s decision to prevent female students wearing hijab from entering the school, threatening to expel them and considering them absent from school if they insist on wearing the hijab.
In this regard, a press release issued by the Women’s Section of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir said: “In the fifteenth year of the Hijrah, the Amir ul-Mu’mineen, Umar (ra), wrote a covenant for the Christians of Bayt al-Maqdis (بيت المقدس Jerusalem), securing for them their lives, their properties, their places of worship and their rituals, and that they should not be harmed. Before that, the Messenger of Allah (saw) had instructed us not to harm a dhimmi from the People of the Book. And they lived with us while we preserved their covenants.
Yet today, in Bayt al-Maqdis, despite the many centuries during which Christians have lived in our lands in security and safety, we see this school for special needs, whose social function is to educate children, prepare them, and help them integrate into society and participate fully in society - confronts us with a racist decision that contradicts every custom and religion and has no legal basis.”
The release added, addressing the Muslims in the Blessed Land of Palestine who are zealous for their Deen and their honor: “This decision, which the school made under the pretext of having its own regulations and official uniform, and from which it did not retract despite all the mediation and interventions from Muslim and Christian notables who approached the administration, reveals an abhorrent racism and openly declared hostility towards you, your Deen, and its rulings:
First: The hijab worn by Muslim female students is an obligation imposed by the Lord of all worlds, and the law of the Christians acknowledges the headscarf for women, and nuns still wear it to this day.
Second: The regulations of the Ministry of Education prohibit any such action; a student’s observance of religious rites is, in principle, a right guaranteed by law.
Third: The female students have been accustomed to wearing their hijab for years, so why does the school now insist on opposing the hijab, which is a symbol that holds sanctity for Muslims?
The press release questioned: “In whose interest does the Ministry of Education remain silent about such an offensive decision and about depriving female students with special needs of their right to education, while they are being pressured and bargained with over their hijab, which is an obligation from Allah, Glorified and Exalted?!”
It continued: “Did that girl, who suffers from speech and hearing difficulties, not stir your sense of honour when she pleaded with you, saying that she wanted to return to her school and education from which she has been deprived for some time, through no fault or wrongdoing of her own?! Simply because she and her fellow students refuse to disobey the command of Allah (swt) by removing their hijab?!”
The press release also drew attention, saying: “If the situation were reversed, and a Christian student was prevented from entering a commercial establishment, for example, because she was wearing a cross—not a school, but a shop—would the matter have passed unnoticed? Or would the media and the authorities have stirred up an uproar over it, turned it into a case of terrorism against Christians, hammered people’s heads with slogans about coexistence and rejecting extremism, and imposed immediate penalties on those who disturbed civil peace?!”
The release also wondered in astonishment: “Why do we not see a stance or hear a voice from the women's associations spread across the Blessed Land of Palestine—those who oppose violence against women and clamor for equality, freedoms, a girl’s right to determine her own future, and even her right to abortion?! Or does the right to education cease to apply when there is a hijab on the head?!
By the Permission of Allah (swt), this situation will not last long. We shall give bayah (of allegiance) to the Imam who is a shield (junnah), who will eradicate the remaining of the kuffar (disbelievers), hypocrites, and all those who oppose Islam and the Muslims or prevents them from performing their religious rites. And that is not difficult for Allah.”

And a Witness From Among Them Bore Testimony to the Criminality and Savagery of the Jews
(From Al-Sharq al-Awsat, Wednesday, 3 Jumada al-Awwal 1448 AH, 14 October 2026 CE, with some amendment) The security institution in the Jewish entity entered into an indirect confrontation with their Prime Minister Netanyahu, accusing the “Hilltop Youth” settler group in the West Bank of being the nucleus of a “solid and savage organization waging a preemptive war to expel Palestinians from the West Bank.”
A security source told the Yedioth Ahronoth Newspaper, “This is not about a handful; these are not a handful; whoever says that simply does not want to solve the problem. We are talking about a solid nucleus comprising between 300 and 500 people who are like rabid beasts.”
The security source’s statement came as a clear response to earlier statements by Netanyahu, in which he claimed that attacks by those he described as “a handful of underage troublemakers in the West Bank” were being exaggerated, compared to what he said were “deadly attacks launched by Palestinians.”
Contrary to what Netanyahu said, the security institution confirms that Palestinian attacks are in significant decline, but settler attacks on Palestinians are moving in an “opposite, dangerous, increasing, and continuous direction.”
The security source said, “These are criminals in the fullest sense of the word; they burn down houses with their inhabitants inside. And if in the past they justified their actions as a reaction to attacks based on the principle of “making them pay the price,” the method has completely changed today. These are pre-planned operations aimed at carrying out expulsions.”
The source confirmed that the settlers receive political support, adding that “there are members of the Knesset and ministers who come to visit them in the illegal areas and provide them with full support.”

Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Türkiye Holds “Gaza on the Third Anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Flood” Conference in Diyarbakir
Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Türkiye held a conference titled “Gaza on the Third Anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Flood” in Diyarbakir, with strong participation from local residents, representatives of civil society organizations, and Islamic scholars.
The event took place on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at the Selahaddin Eyyubi Mosque Conference Hall. The program began with an introduction by Mehmet Kaya, followed by a recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Hafiz Cemal Yigit. The conference examined the background of the genocide in Gaza, the objectives of the occupying Zionist entity, and the problem of the Muslim lands being left without unified leadership.
Speakers at the conference emphasized that the issue of Gaza is neither a national cause nor merely a matter of humanitarian assistance, but rather a cause directly concerning Islam. They underlined that the path to a solution lies not through Western institutions, but through the unity of the Muslim Ummah.
Delivering the closing speech of the conference, Mahmut Kar, Head of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Türkiye, addressing Muslim armies and rulers, Kar made the following remarks: “As long as Gaza remains under occupation, Baghdad, Diyarbakir, and Istanbul also remain under the shadow of occupation. We cannot stand idle! We cannot remain silent!”

The Rulers of Egypt and Sudan Regard Muslim Blood as Cheap, and Only the Khilafah (Caliphate) Will Protect It
Under the Arabic headline: “Dozens of Sudanese Miners Killed and Injured Near the Egyptian Border,” Sudan Tribune reported today, Sunday, 11/10/2026, that dozens of Sudanese miners had lost their lives and others had been injured on Saturday, 10/10/2026, following the renewed airstrikes on mining sites near the Sudanese-Egyptian border, while hundreds fled the targeted sites towards the mountains amid difficult humanitarian conditions.
Last June, Egyptian warplanes carried out a similar attack that resulted in deaths and injuries. Just as the Sudanese authorities took no action regarding that incident at the time, they are now taking refuge in silence, as though those who were killed meant nothing to them!
The official spokesperson of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan, Ustadh Ibrahim Othman (Abu Khalil), stated in a press release: “Has the blood of Muslims become so cheap to this extent?! Why does the Egyptian regime wade in the blood of Muslims and direct its war machine against unarmed miners, who have been displaced by the senseless war in Sudan and have gone searching for their livelihood in the vast land of Allah, while the Jews who occupy Al-Aqsa Mosque, kill our brothers and sisters in Palestine, and destroy Gaza Hashem remain secure, even though the Egyptian regime and its soldiers are within a stone’s throw of them and do not lift a finger? Rather, they assist the Jews by closing the crossing between Egypt and our people in Gaza!
As for the Sudanese government, has humiliation reached such a point that it remains silent with this disgraceful silence?! It is responsible for those who were killed, injured, and left to wander aimlessly, yet we do not hear even the slightest condemnation of this heinous act. Or has the blood of the people of Sudan become cheaper to them than the blood of a sparrow, making it easy for them to disregard these lives?!”
Ustadh Abu Khalil concluded his statement, emphasizing: “Know, O rulers of Egypt and rulers of Sudan, that even if you escape accountability before the State of the Khilafah (Caliphate), which will soon be restored, by Allah’s permission, you will not escape the punishment of Allah, the Avenger, the Compeller, on the Day when the excuses of the wrongdoers will not benefit them.”

A Delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan Visits Emir Awad al-Jayyid al-Na’ima, Emir of the Kawahla Tribe
A delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan visited Amir Awad al-Jayyid al-Na’ima on Tuesday, 2 Jumada al-Awwal 1448 AH—corresponding to October 13, 2026 CE—to check on his well-being following his summons by the security authorities. The delegation was led by Dr. Ahmed Abd al-Fadil, a member of the Hizb ut Tahrir Council in Wilayah Sudan. He was accompanied by council member Muhyi al-Din Bukhari, as well as Hizb’s members Muzammil al-Siddiq, Khalid al-Juda’i, and Abd al-Wahhab Muhammad, in addition to Abd al-Qadir Ibrahim Abd al-Wahhab.
In a gathering attended by a significant number of notables, princes, and tribal leaders, Emir Awad al-Jayyid spoke about the circumstances surrounding his interrogation, asserting that he had nothing to fear— for his work was done for the sake of Allah, and the support shown to him through these visits—as well as the presence of these notables—had only served to strengthen his resolve.
Then, Amir Muhammad Zain (Abu Hafs) introduced Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Fadil, who proceeded to present the delegation to the Emirs and notables present. Dr. Abdel-Fadil explained that they were a delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan, and that they had come to stand in support of the Amir upon hearing the news of his arrest. He noted that they had visited the Amir at his home just two weeks earlier, and emphasized that the Amir’s stances—rooted in the foundations of Islam—and his work, undertaken solely for the sake of Allah, compel them to stand firmly by his side. A Muslim is the brother of another Muslim, and it is Islam that binds us all together.
In their remarks, the emirs and notables affirmed their commitment to Islam and a return to its principles, asserting that it is the only solution to rescue the Ummah from its plight and to improve the condition of both the country and its people.
The visit was well received by the Emir, as well as by the notables.

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا۟ لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ]
“O You Who Have Believed, Respond to Allah and to the Messenger When He Calls You to That Which Gives You Life” [TMQ Surah Al-Anfal: 24]
The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: «مَا مِنِ امْرِئٍ يَخْذُلُ امْرَأً مُسْلِماً فِي مَوْضِعٍ تُنْتَهَكُ فِيهِ حُرْمَتُهُ وَيُنْتَقَصُ فِيهِ مِنْ عِرْضِهِ إِلَّا خَذَلَهُ اللَّهُ فِي مَوْطِنٍ يُحِبُّ فِيهِ نُصْرَتَهُ» “There is no person who forsakes a Muslim in a place where his sanctity is violated and his honour is diminished, except that Allah will forsake him in a situation where he would love to be helped,” Sunan Abi Dawood
Gaza is a mirror for the Ummah; its ruins reflect our weakness, but its steadfastness reveals our potential. Its orphans condemn our rulers, but they also awaken our emotions. And its resilience proves that even under starvation and siege, they cannot extinguish the embers of Iman.
The Ummah’s destiny is to rise again under a sincere leadership, to carry the justice of Islam to humanity, and to liberate Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa (المسجد الاقصى) as part of its divine trust. History will bear witness to our steadfastness upon the truth or our surrender to compromise. The blood of Gaza and the steadfastness of its people point to one conclusion: the solution is the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. The time for working towards it has come, so that Allah (swt) may fulfill His promise:
“Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession to authority upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them their Deen which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security: for they worship Me, not associating anything with Me,” [TMQ Surah An-Nur: 55].

The War on the Hijab Is a Crusade Against Islam
O Muslims: Western countries are competing to wage war against Muslim women and restrict their freedoms, in complete contradiction to their claims of safeguarding rights and liberties and the slogans they raise. The West’s actions against Muslim women, through banning the hijab and niqab, expose its fears of Islam and its spread. This is a determined effort to preserve the secular nature of the state and defend the concepts of Western civilisation. It also reflects the contradictions in these countries’ conduct: they disregard what they call personal freedoms whenever they perceive a threat to their sovereignty or a danger to their secularism.
O Muslims, O Muslim women in the West: The war on the hijab and niqab is a civilisational war against Islam, even when they seek to erase its features under the cover of “maintaining security” or “defending girls who have been deprived of their freedom of choice”! This cover will quickly fall away, and all the masks will fall with it, revealing faces filled with hatred for Islam and its people. You are the ones holding firmly to your religion, like someone holding burning embers in their hands. You are the ones fighting the battle to remain steadfast and preserve the concepts of your religion. Do not allow them to assimilate your sons and daughters into their civilisation. Instead, strengthen and firmly establish Islamic culture in their hearts.
Therefore, the idea that the state should be neutral towards religion is fundamentally false. We cannot be anything other than those acted upon within this international system unless we adopt Islam and work to restore its full implementation by establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood. In such a state, we will not be subservient to foreigners; rather, we will stand as their equal. We will not wait for favours or appeals for sympathy from Western countries that regard the hijab as an injustice against women or merely a matter of personal freedom. Rather, we regard it as submission and servitude to Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He.
