What is This Betrayal of Gaza and Its People?!
The forces of the Jewish entity continue to commit crimes in Gaza as part of a clear pattern of systematic violations, fabricating flimsy pretexts and justifications for the killing and destruction. They persist in actions that amount to genocide, relying on a suspicious international silence and continued impunity, without even considering the body announced to manage the situation in the Gaza Strip.
What is happening in Gaza is clear proof of the fragility of the ceasefire agreement, despite its being designed to benefit the Jewish entity, and enable them to retrieve their prisoners, both living and dead, especially after the escalation of internal protests by their families demanding Netanyahu's release. The Jewish entity has not fulfilled its commitments in the first phase, and instead of the second phase beginning with the opening of the Rafah Border Crossing, it has commenced with the continued bloodshed, the tears of mothers, and the cries of children. The attacks on people, property, and nature continue amidst the world's complete indifference and complicity, as if the truce has succeeded and the war has truly ended!
Two years and more of continuous suffering in all its forms and manifestations, while everyone watches. Those with the most concern merely express a few words of sympathy and disapproval about what is happening! It is as if the world has grown accustomed to the sight of blood, and the cries of bereaved mothers and children. And the rulers are preoccupied with preserving their thrones, by currying favor with the madman Trump and his protégé Netanyahu, at the expense of Gaza and its people.
O Islamic Ummah, O best Ummah brought forth for humanity: Where are the armies?! Where are the ulema?! Where are the politicians?! What is this abandonment of Gaza and its people?! Why do you not rise up to overthrow these treacherous, subservient rulers and rid yourselves of their subservience and dependence?! How can you leave the people of Gaza alone to face a brutal enemy and its insatiable greed?! How can you so easily ignore the blood spilled day and night, the ceaseless groans and tears, and the deafening screams?!

Are You, the Young Men and Women, the Just Ones of This Generation?
The Prophet Muhammad (saw) said, «يَحْمِلُ هَذَا الْعِلْمَ مِنْ كُلِّ خَلَفٍ عُدُولُهُ يَنْفُونَ عَنْهُ تَحْرِيفَ الْغَالِينَ وَانْتِحَالَ الْمُبْطِلِينَ وَتَأْوِيلَ الْجَاهِلِينَ» “This knowledge will be carried, within each generation, by its just ones, who will refute the distortions of the excessive, the fabrications of the liars, and the misinterpretations of the ignorant.”
Would you not like to be among the just ones of this generation? Learn your Deen from its true ulema. You will not find most of these true ulema on television or at the tables of rulers. Beware of any call that incites you to inaction, despair, or the undermining of the established principles that your forefathers, the ulema, memorized with their ink and that your Khulafa'a (Caliphs) defended with their blood.
Your Prophet (saw) said, «لَا تَفُتُّوا فِي أَعْضَادِ النَّاسِ» “Do not weaken the people’s resolve,” and he (saw) said, «بَشِّرْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةَ بِالسَّنَاءِ وَالرِّفْعَةِ، وَالدِّينِ وَالنَّصْرِ وَالتَّمْكِينِ فِي الْأَرْضِ» “Give glad tidings to this Ummah of glory and elevation, of Deen, victory, and empowerment on earth.”
You are not worthless, otherwise why would the West and its agents fight you and fear your unity? You are the ones who defeated America, repeatedly humiliating it in the dust of Afghanistan. You are the ones who toppled four regimes that people thought were permanent. You are the ones who make sacrifices in Palestine, and whose mujahideen have humiliated the Jews in the dust of Gaza.
How great you are, and how great your Ummah is! How great it is in its comprehensive, compelling, and convincing aqeedah, the loss of which causes the world’s regimes to stumble and fall.
How great is our Ummah in its young men and women! How the West, whose aging population has grown feeble, longs to possess the vigor, energy, and vitality of our young men and women!
How great we are in the Shariah of our Lord (swt), which guided humanity in the past and is the only one capable today of saving us, and indeed saving America, Europe, and Russia, from the quagmire of capitalism, which even its own people suffer under.
By Allah (swt), you lack nothing but an Imam who is upon true divine guidance, around whom you will rally in a Bayah pledge, upon the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of His Prophet (saw), transforming this earth into a land of light and justice, after it has been filled with oppression and injustice.

The Kyrgyz Regime Arrests Five Women on Charges of Belonging to Hizb ut-Tahrir
The Kyrgyz State Committee for National Security reported the arrest of members of a women's cell affiliated with Hizb ut Tahrir in the Noken district of Jalalabad provinceLaw-enforcement officials reported that active members of the women’s wing of the Hizb, under the guise of practical training in sewing and cutting cloth, invited young girls to work, during which process they gradually, in an unobtrusive manner, instilled Islamic ideas. The women actively participated in closed Telegram channels, were engaged in the distribution of banned literature, and discussed the establishment of a Khilafah (Caliphate) on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Ar-Rayah Newspaper: It is worth noting that these recent arrests of the five Kyrgyz women for carrying out Islamic activities, coincided with an intensification of such arrests in Russia, and this indicates that the entire field of internal security in Kyrgyzstan is under the control of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), to a greater degree than the control of the State Committee for National Security.
Allah (swt) said,
[إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ لَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذَاباً مُّهِيناً * وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا اكْتَسَبُوا فَقَدِ احْتَمَلُوا بُهْتَاناً وَإِثْماً مُّبِيناً]
“Surely those who offend Allah1 and His Messenger are condemned by Allah in this world and the Hereafter. And He has prepared for them a humiliating punishment. (57) As for those who abuse believing men and women1 unjustifiably, they will definitely bear the guilt of slander and blatant sin. (58)” [TMQ Surah al-Ahzab 57-58]

Where Will the Ummah, In All Its Segments, Go in the Face of This Abandonment of the Blessed Land and Its People?!
Here is Palestine is burning before the eyes of an entire Ummah, while its rulers work to extinguish the embers of anger within it, claiming that a truce is coming, that the war is over, and that Gaza will be opened wide to aid, so that the Ummah forgets the truth: that there is no solution for Palestine except by cleansing it of the filth of the Jews!
Today is like yesterday; the cries of the free women of Palestine still echo across the earth: “O Mu'tasim!” Their children still shed tears of sorrow for the abandonment by the Ummah and its armies, pouring out their grievances to Allah, appealing to all who can help them: “To Allah we turn for justice, and to Allah we complain.” Al-Aqsa still groans under the bayonets of the Jews who desecrate it with their feet, digging up its foundations and preventing Allah's worshippers from reaching its courtyards. All those in the Blessed Land and within it declare openly that the enemy would not have reached its current position were it not for the collusion and conspiracy of the regimes for more than eighty years.
Where will the Ummah go, with its soldiers and men, its ulema and politicians, its educated and its common people, after abandoning the Blessed Land and its people, when the world and all that is in it has closed in on them, and its vastness has become constricted for its inhabitants? Where will the Ummah go when it sees its rulers inflicting upon the people of Palestine what an enemy inflicts upon his enemy? Where will the Ummah go if its fire remains unlit, and the cauldrons of jihad do not ignite in its hearts? And where will it go if it does not overthrow those who have abandoned the Blessed Land, betrayed its people, and delivered them to an enemy who has no regard for any covenant or obligation? Where will the Ummah go before Allah (swt) regarding all of this?!

To the Sincere Sons of Our Ummah and Its Armies
O Muslims! The hardship, oppression, and tyranny you are experiencing today are not an inevitable fate, nor are they trials without a way out. Instead, they are the fruit of a corrupt system imposed upon you, a system that has no connection whatsoever to your Islam. Your true salvation will not come through changing faces and figures, nor through patching up or reforming the system, but through a sincere return to the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw), and through diligent, earnest, sincere, and devoted work with Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the comprehensive Islamic state: the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.
O sincere soldiers of the armies of the lands of Islam: You are the sons of this long-standing Ummah, its swords sheathed by your treacherous rulers and commanders, at the behest of their masters in the disbelieving West. Your true purpose is to be its protectors. Know that your honor lies neither in guarding the Sykes-Picot nationalistic borders, drawn by colonialism between your lands, borders that shattered your unity and scattered your ranks, nor in protecting treacherous regimes subservient to your enemies. Instead, your honor lies in supporting the Deen of Allah (swt), and standing with your Ummah to restore the sultan (governing authority) of Islam. History is opening its pages today for those who will inscribe their names in the annals of honor alongside Umar (ra), Saladin, Qutuz, and Abdul Hamid, or in the annals of shame and disgrace alongside Abu Righal, Ibn al-Alqami, and the rulers of the current oppressive era. The memory of the destruction of the Khilafah (Caliphate), which still looms over us, is not meant for lamenting ruins, but for rousing spirits, renewing resolve, and striving diligently. The Khilafah only vanished to return, and it will return soon, by the Permission of Allah (swt), as a Khilafah Rashidah on the Method of Prophethood.

O Soldiers of Pakistan: Do not Surrender Palestine Under the Command of a Crusader General, But Rise Up for Its Liberation Under the Banner of a Khaleefah Rashid (Rightly Guided Caliph)
O army of Pakistan, O ulema of Pakistan, O media and political figures in Pakistan: Participation in Trump’s “Board of Peace” means permanently entrenching Zionist and crusader occupation over the sacred land of Palestine under the patronage of crusader leaders and playing with the blood of its Muslims. Trump’s so-called Board of Peace is, in reality, a “Board of War and Occupation.” Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, who is part of this board, stated in an interview at Harvard University on 15 February 2024 that the idea of a Palestinian state is an “extremely bad idea,” which, according to him, would amount to “rewarding an act of terrorism.” As for Tony Blair, one of the key architects of the war against Islam, he said on 29 September 2025: “President Trump has presented a bold and intelligent plan… which will ensure Israel’s complete and lasting security.” Regarding the commander of Trump’s International Stabilization Force (ISF), Major General Jasper Jeffers, he has previously served during his long and brutal career in Operation Iraqi Freedom (Iraq), Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan), and Operation Resolute Support (Afghanistan). Any Muslim troops sent to Gaza, whether from Pakistan or Indonesia, will be under the command of this very general. This is the reality of participation in this colonial project, which our rulers are presenting as a diplomatic victory for Pakistan. If only there were an animal sold in the marketplace called “shame,” which could be bought and presented to these rulers.
O Pakistan Armed Forces! The Shariah obligation upon Muslim armies to liberate Palestine has existed since 1948, and it has not ended. Nearly eight decades have passed, during which continuous chapters of betrayal have been written, including betrayal of Gaza. Do not set foot on the Blessed Land of Palestine under the command of any American crusader general. You must ensure that you advance towards the blessed land under the leadership of a rightly guided Khalifah (Caliph), through whom Muslims are protected and behind whom Muslims fight. The Prophet (saw) said: «إِنَّمَا الإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ» “Indeed, the Imam (Khalifah) is a shield; fighting is done behind him, and protection is sought through him.”

The Action Required of Muslims Now, Without Delay
It has become clear that the root of the problem and the source of the affliction lies in these ruling regimes. Therefore, the cure is evident and an inescapable Shariah obligation for everyone: to overthrow these regimes and establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood in their place. This can be summarized in two points:
Firstly: Adopting the Khilafah (Caliphate) project. All sincere individuals from all segments of the Ummah — groups, ulema, sheikhs, businessmen, and influential — must adopt the Khilafah project advocated by Hizb ut Tahrir, consider the Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood as their objective, and call upon the armies to grant Nussrah (military support) to the Hizb.
Secondly: Those sincere individuals with power and influence must support Hizb ut Tahrir, overthrow all the corrupt thrones, sweep away their cronies, liberate the land and its people from the arms of colonialism and its collaborators, and pledge allegiance to the Ameer of the Hizb, the eminent aalim Ata bin Khalil Abu Rashta, as the Khaleefah Rashid (Rightly Guided Caliph), under the Khilafah Rashidah on the Method of the Prophethood. Victory is in the hands of Allah (swt) Alone, Who has no partner, and He, the Exalted, grants victory to those who support Him. Allah (swt) said,
[إِنْ تَنْصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ]
“If you support Allah (swt), He will support you and make your foothold firm.” [TMQ Surah Muhammad 47], Supporting this Deen is not a favor from Allah (swt), but rather a great Shariah obligation that can only be fulfilled by those who are worthy of it. Allah (swt) said,
[وَسَارِعُوا إِلَى مَغْفِرَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرْضُهَا السَّمَاوَاتُ وَالْأَرْضُ أُعِدَّتْ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ]
“And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a garden as wide as the heavens and earth, prepared for the righteous.” [TMQ Surah Aali Imran: 133].

Intellectual Conflict and Political Struggle Are About Enjoining Al-Maroof (Right) and Forbidding Al-Munkar (Evil)
Allah (swt) has warned Muslims against neglecting to change what is evil in any form, and He has commanded them to stand against the oppressors and corruptors, otherwise punishment and torment will befall them all, and if they make Dua to Him to remove the torment from them, He will not answer them. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «وَاَلَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَتَأْمُرُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَلَتَنْهَوُنَّ عَنْ الْمُنْكَرِ أَوْ لَيُوشِكَنَّ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَنْ يَبْعَثَ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَاباً مِنْ عِنْدِهِ ثُمَّ تَدْعُونَهُ فَلَا يُسْتَجَابُ لَكُمْ»“By Him in Whose Hand is my soul, you must enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong, or Allah (swt) will soon send upon you a punishment from Him, then you will call upon Him, but He will not answer you.” (Narrated by Imam al-Tirmidhi on the authority of Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman).
Praise be to Allah (swt) that He has provided the Islamic Ummah with an aware and sincere group who have studied the life of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) as he worked to establish the Islamic state, the harm and fear he (saw) and his Companions (ra) endured, and the sacrifices they made of their lives and wealth with patience, until they transformed from a small, weak group into a strong and powerful Ummah.
This aware and dedicated group, striving to re-establish the Rule of Allah (swt) on Earth, has become certain of the promise of Allah (swt) for succession (istikhlaf) and empowerment (tamkeen). They have responded to their Lord’s call and are working diligently to enjoin all that is right (al-ma’roof) and forbid all that is evil (al-munkar), urging Muslims not to neglect this great Shariah obligation. They do so through intellectual conflict and political struggle. Despite the obstacles and challenges, they have faced, they have remained steadfast, neither compromising nor flattering, neither faltering nor despairing. They continue and will remain on their path, steadfast and patient, until they achieve their goal of resuming the Islamic way of life, so that they and the Muslims may be saved from the punishment promised by Allah (swt), for those who remain silent and inactive.

We Pay for Our Clinging to Oppressive States with Blood, Humiliation, Poverty, and Occupation
The issue facing the Muslim World is not lack of wealth or money, but instead political decision-making and the unification of these failed, artificially created entities into a single state that possesses its own resources and decision-making authority, a state free from poverty, humiliation, displacement, occupation, and the anxieties that weigh heavily on people day and night.
Clinging to the nationalistic borders of these entities costs us blood, humiliation, poverty, and occupation. Any call to perpetuate these nationalistic borders is a prelude to further division and an invitation to future fragmentation. Any project under the guise of nationalism, ethnicity, sectarianism, or a doctrine that is based on nationalistic borders drawn by colonialist powers is political suicide, and an act of subservience to the West, whether intentional or not. There is no escape from this disastrous cycle for the Muslim World except by first eradicating these nationalistic borders from the minds of Muslims, and then from their lands. This noble and great Ummah, with its Deen, will not rise again except through a single state: the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, which will unify its scattered parts and restore it as one Ummah, without artificial nationalistic borders, carrying a Risaalah message of mercy and light to all humanity. Allah (swt) said,
[مَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ الْعِزَّةَ فَلِلَّهِ الْعِزَّةُ جَمِيعاً إِلَيْهِ يَصْعَدُ الْكَلِمُ الطَّيِّبُ وَالْعَمَلُ الصَّالِحُ يَرْفَعُهُ وَالَّذِينَ يَمْكُرُونَ السَّيِّئَاتِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَكْرُ أُولَٰئِكَ هُوَ يَبُورُ]
“Whoever desires honor, then to Allah belongs all honor. To Him ascends good speech, and righteous deeds raises it. But those who plot evil deeds will have a severe punishment, and the plotting of those will come to nothing.” [TMQ Fatir: 10].
