Your women and children have been suffering for over two years from this bloody conflict, which serves only the interests of the West and its allies in controlling the fate of Sudan, a country they have long coveted for its strategic location and wealth. It is in their interest to tear it apart and fragment it. The Rapid Support Forces' takeover of El Fasher is but another link in these chains of events, as America seeks to detach the Darfur region, consolidate its influence in Sudan, and eliminate British influence there.

Objective of the Visit by US Envoy Ortagus to Lebanon!
In light of the American offensive against Lebanon and the region with the normalization and surrender project, and the efforts of the Trump administration and its team to bring more Muslim rulers into the Abraham Accords, comes the visit of US envoy Morgan Ortagus to Lebanon and the usurping Zionist entity, packed with pressure, threats, and political, security, and economic conditions imposed on Lebanon. This visit coincided with the visit of the Secretary-General of the Arab League and the Director of Egyptian Intelligence, seemingly serving the same purpose!
In response to such visits, statements, and other actions, Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah Lebanon says the following:
First: The interventions of America and its allies in Muslim lands serve the interests of America and the Zionist entity, not our interests, especially since America is the primary supporter of the Zionist entity in politics, economics, finance, arms, and media, openly and blatantly.
Second: The envoy's visit is not a neutral one, as some might imagine! Rather, it comes within the context of a clear American policy in the region that supports the Zionist entity and contributes to its military and political empowerment. What the American envoy is presenting is nothing but an imposition of hegemony, a perpetuation of subservience, and a diminution of sovereignty. It is a form of surrender and submission to the Zionists, and this is something Allah (swt) forbids for the people of Islam.
Third: Accepting these dictates and signing any agreements that perpetuate foreign mandate is a betrayal of Allah (swt), His Messenger (saw), the Muslim Ummah, and all those who fought or sacrificed to expel this usurping entity from Lebanon and Palestine.
Fourth: Dealing with the Zionist entity is considered a crime by the vast majority of Lebanese people, both Muslims and non-Muslims, not only according to Islamic law, but also under the secular man-made law which the Lebanese authorities follow, and indeed under international humanitarian law in general. This is especially true after the criminal entity committed genocide in Gaza, a crime it has not, and will not, hesitate to repeat in Lebanon and other Muslim lands.
Fifth: The American campaign and aggression against the region will not succeed. America will not succeed in its endeavor to reshape the region as it desires. While it may have its own project for the region, based on colonialism, plundering people, misleading Muslims, and even leading them astray from their Deen by calling them to the "Abrahamic faith," Muslims, in turn, have their own project, promised to be dominant by Allah (swt): the project of the second Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood. This project is very close, Allah willing, and it is this project that will redraw the map of the region, and indeed the entire world once again, fulfilling the Prophet's prophecy: «إنَّ اللَّهَ زَوَى لي الأرْضَ، فَرَأَيْتُ مَشارِقَها ومَغارِبَها، وإنَّ أُمَّتي سَيَبْلُغُ مُلْكُها ما زُوِيَ لي مِنْها»“Allah gathered together the earth for me and I saw its eastern and western parts. My people will attain to rule over it so far as it was gathered together for me” [Narrated by Muslim]. The Jewish entity will be destroyed, as the Messenger of Allah (saw) foretold the glad-tiding in his Hadith: «لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يُقَاتِلَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ الْيَهُودَ، فَيَقْتُلُهُمُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ...»“The last hour will not come before the Muslims fight the Jews and the Muslims kill them...” [Agreed upon].
In conclusion, Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Lebanon continues to adopt a policy of repelling America’s campaign and its attack on Lebanon and the region through normalization and surrender, and nothing will deter it from this. We warn the Lebanese authorities against proceeding on the path of normalization and surrender! We call on them to seek protection from their people to confront this, and not to manipulate the matter under the pretext of borders, reconstruction, or the influence of the international system.
[وَاللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَىٰ أَمْرِهِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ]“Allah’s Will always prevails, but most people do not know” [Yusuf: 21].

A Delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan Meets a Number of Notables in the City of Al-Obeid
A delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan visited a number of notables in the city of Al-Obeid, the capital of North Kordofan, on Monday, 3 November 2025. The delegation was led by Ustadh Al-Nadhir Muhammad Hussein Abu Minhaj, member of the Council of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan, accompanied by Engineer Banga Hamid and Ustadh Muhammad Saeed Bokka, members of Hizb ut Tahrir.
The delegation met with:
- Ustadh Khalid Hussein – Chairman of the Democratic Unionist Party, Jalā’ Al-Azhari faction.
- Dr. Abdullah Yusuf Abu Seel – Lawyer and Professor of Law at universities.
- Sheikh Abdul Rahim Jawda – From Ansar Al-Sunnah group.
- Mr. Ahmed Muhammad – Correspondent of SUNA Agency.
The meetings addressed the issue of the moment, the fall of Al-Fashir and the crimes committed by the militias against the people of the city, and the betrayal of the army leaders who failed to perform their duty toward the people of Al-Fashir and to lift the siege on them, despite their ability to do so throughout the entire period of the siege and the more than 266 attacks launched against them.
The delegation then handed them a copy of the leaflet issued by Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan entitled: “The Fall of Al-Fashir Opens the Way for America’s Plan to Separate the Darfur Region and Consolidate Its Influence in Sudan. Until When Will We Be Fuel for the International Conflict?!”
Their reactions were commendable, and they called for the continuation of such meetings.

Phoenix Express 2025 Exercises
Another Chapter in the Chapters of Submission to American Hegemony
Tunisia’s preparation to host the new edition of the multilateral naval exercise, Phoenix Express 2025, during the current month of November comes, and this is the exercise that the United States Africa Command has begun to organize annually after the authority currently in Tunisia implicated our country by signing with the United States, on 30/09/2020, a military cooperation agreement, which the U.S. Secretary of Defense Mark Esper expressed as a roadmap that continues for ten years.
In this regard, a press release from Hizb ut-Tahrir/Wilayah Tunisia made clear, “at the time of signing this dangerous agreement that the matter goes beyond conventional agreements, for America is drawing up a huge project that requires ten full years to complete, and that the roadmap according to America’s claim concerns border surveillance and protection of ports, fighting extremist ideology, and confronting Russia and China, and this means, with all impudence, a diminution of Tunisia’s sovereignty and indeed is direct tutelage over our country.”
Accordingly, Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Tunisia, confirmed that “despite the annoyances, arrests, and military trials to which our members are exposed because of our speaking the word of truth, once again confirm our call to annul this infamous colonial agreement by which the country and the entire Maghreb are intended to be dragged and subordinated to the malicious American policies, and we repeat our call to the people of strength and might in our country and in all the lands of the Muslims to beware of what the enemies of the Ummah plot against them and lure them into, and that the Shari’ duty requires of them to support their Deen and repel the enemy lurking at their country and their Ummah, and to elevate the word of Allah by supporting those who work to implement His Shariah and establish His state — the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) state on the method of the Prophethood, promised soon, by Allah’s permission.”

America’s Disdain for Its Own Citizens Leaves Women and Children Hungry
SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) is a federal program that helps low-income individuals, families, and those on disability receive electronic benefits that are used for food, nonalcoholic beverages, and plants to grow their own food. There are reportedly 42 million Americans who rely on SNAP benefits to feed themselves and their families. 54% of adults who receive food benefits are women, mainly single mothers, and 39% are children, which means roughly 1 in 5 children depend on these benefits to ensure they do not go hungry. The federal shutdown has also resulted in some states having to find other ways to fund their school districts' free and reduced lunch programs, so the children who count on being fed during the school day do not have to go without. As a result, the numerous food pantries set up across the country are sharing photos of bare shelves and asking people to donate food and grocery store gift cards to meet the rising demand for food.
The Women’s Section in the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir stated in its press release, “We have to ask ourselves how is it possible that the government of the richest country in the world is ignoring the fact that millions of their most vulnerable citizens will not have enough to eat? You may ask where the American government is spending money, even still during the shutdown? Well, instead of ensuring Americans have enough food on their tables, they are sending billions of dollars to the Jewish entity to murder Palestinians. It is a ruler who sees it more important to build a grand ballroom and other representatives who find their personal investments take precedence over the well being of the people they are supposed to represent. You see, the capitalist government of America was never in the business of taking care of the affairs of its citizens, just in the way that they can provide military and financial support to those who deny children around the world the right to security, food, shelter, and education — basic necessities. So, it also leaves children in America, insecure, hungry, and without proper education and medical care.”

«كُلُّ الْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ حَرَامٌ؛ دَمُهُ وَمَالُهُ وَعِرْضُهُ»
“Every Muslim Is Inviolable to Another Muslim; His Blood, His Wealth, and His Honor.”
To every Muslim, to every officer, soldier, and policeman, to everyone who possesses a weapon: Allah (swt) has granted us reason to think with, and He has obligated us to use it correctly. Therefore, no one should act, perform any deed, or utter any word before knowing its Shariah ruling. Knowing the Shariah ruling necessitates understanding the reality to which the legal ruling is to be applied. Thus, a Muslim must possess political awareness, so that he understands matters as they truly are, and does not follow the schemes of the kafir colonialists who wish neither us nor Islam any good, and who strive with all their might, cunning, and deceit to tear us apart, control our lands, and plunder our resources and wealth. How can a Muslim accept being a tool in the hands of those infidel colonizers, or an executor of the orders of their agents?! Would he covet a small portion of fleeting worldly pleasures, thereby losing his Hereafter and becoming one of the inhabitants of Hell, abiding therein eternally, cursed and banished from the mercy of Allah (swt)? Would a Muslim accept pleasing any created, powerless human being while displeasing Allah (swt), in Whose Hands lies this world and the Hereafter?
Hizb ut Tahrir calls upon you to raise your political awareness, adhere to the rulings of Allah (swt), and work with it to govern according to all that Allah (swt) has revealed. This will remove the hands of the disbelieving colonialists and their agents from you and thwart their plans.

You Are the Ones Who Starved the Muslims, Masoud Pezeshkian!
Under this title, the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir said in a press release, “Iran announced the bankruptcy of its largest private bank, Ayandeh Bank, which has 270 branches in Iran, after its debts rose above five billion dollars, and what is astonishing is the criticisms of the Iranian president Masoud Pezeshkian of administrative failure saying: ‘We have oil and gas but we are hungry’!”
The press release asserted, “The one responsible for that administrative failure of which the Iranian president speaks is the president himself, so why do the Iranian people starve — O Masoud Pezeshkian — while you have oil and gas and other resources and minerals? Is this not the result of your bungling policies? Is it not because of your distance from ruling by Islam?
The same is said of the rest of the lands of the Muslims: their ruwaibidah rulers squander the immense wealth of the Ummah, enable the colonial kuffar to seize it, deprive the Ummah of those resources, and then one of them comes to justify the reason for the hunger by saying it is an administrative failure!”
In conclusion, the press release said, addressing the Muslims, “The foolishness of these rulers who take charge of your affairs has become clear to everyone with sight and insight, and they are not fit to take charge of them. It is time for you to incapacitate them; this is the ruling regarding the foolish person: to prevent him from disposing of funds and to place guardianship over him. Give bay’ah to one Khalifah (Caliph) who rules you by the Shari'ah of Allah the Exalted, abolishes the riba system in your lands so that your Lord will be pleased with you and His Messenger (saw), recovers your plundered wealth, and restores your dignity and honor. Hizb ut Tahrir, the pioneer who does not lie to its people, calls you to work with it to establish the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood.”

To the Sincere Descendants of the Ottoman Heroes:
We ask the sincere descendants of the Ottoman heroes: What has happened, O great army?! What is the cause of this humiliation and weakness?! Is it due to a lack of equipment and supplies?! How can this be when you are the strongest army in the Middle East? You rank eighth among the world's strongest armies, while the Zionist entity ranks eleventh. You surpass them in every respect, so how can you be so humiliated?!
The army of Jihad may lose a battle, but it will not lose the war. The resolve that ignited its leaders and soldiers is the same resolve that forged the battles of Badr, Hunayn, and Yarmouk. It is the same resolve that conquered Andalusia and inspired Muhammad al-Fatih to conquer Constantinople. It is the same resolve that will liberate Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa and restore order.
We affirm that the nationalistic military doctrine causes loss and does not protect. It is a doctrine of weakness and cowardice, one that erodes the army's prestige by not opening the door to fighting in the Path of Allah (swt). It is a doctrine that has turned military service into a job for collecting a salary, making conscription a heavy burden on the hearts of young men, who then try to avoid it. This is a doctrine that has turned military ranks into mere boasting and ostentation, thus emptying the army of its true meaning.
We in Hizb ut-Tahrir call upon our sons in the Turkish army to cease abandoning jihad and failing to support the Muslims who cry out for help, for this is a grave sin. Do not forsake the very pinnacle of this Deen, so that you attain victory in this world and the hereafter.

Trump’s Attack on the Democrats is a Coup against Democracy and an Exposure of Its Falsehood
(Al Jazeera Net, Wednesday, 14 Jumada al-Thani 1447 AH, November 5, 2025) US President Donald Trump launched a series of sharp statements criticizing the Democrats' performance, the voting system, immigration policies, and the government shutdown, asserting that the time had come for Republicans to take decisive action (Al Jazeera Network).
Al-Rayah Magazine: Since Donald Trump’s rise to the American political scene, the world has witnessed widespread debate about the nature of his rhetoric and his approach to dealing with his political opponents. Some see him as a reformer seeking to restore America to its “lost greatness,” while others consider him a direct threat to democratic values. The most important question remains: Is Trump’s continuous attack on the Democratic Party merely a normal political struggle, or is it, in essence, a coup against American democracy itself?
Trump’s attack on the Democrats appears as a domestic explosion at the heart of the American system, exposing the true conflict between the elite class that controls the levers of power and the American people, who feel their voice is no longer influential in political decision-making.
Trump’s attack on the Democrats, though it may appear to be a rebellion against American political norms, is in reality a mirror reflecting the crisis of Western democracy itself. It is not merely a coup against democracy, but an exposure of its falsehood, revealing it to be a dead system awaiting the arrival of the Khilafah (Caliphate) to declare its demise and bury it soon, Allah (swt) willing. Our responsibility is to recognize that the path to revival does not lie in imitating the West, but in returning to our identity, our Shariah, and the justice that Allah (swt) intended for us.
