What the Jews Could Not Achieve with Weapons, They Achieve with Conspiracies!

The International Conference for the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution, held in New York from July 28-30, 2025, co-chaired by Saudi Arabia and France, issued a final statement entitled the “New York Declaration,” which included an agreement to take “tangible, timebound, and irreversible steps” to resolve the Palestinian question.
In addition to Saudi Arabia co-chairing this conference alongside France, members of the Arab League, Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, Turkey, Indonesia, Senegal, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and other countries also participated.
A quick review of the New York Declaration reveals that this conference, while ostensibly convened to halt the starvation of the people of Gaza, end the war, and recognize the Palestinian state, is in fact, in reality, contrary to its expressed aim. The declaration outlines a broad, fundamental framework that, if implemented, guarantees the achievement of what the Jewish occupation’s military machine has been unable to achieve on the ground, through force, genocide, and starvation. It also ensures that its provisions are acceptable to the Jewish entity, and confer full legitimacy on all its actions. When discussing what is need by the Jewish occupation, it uses the phrases “we agreed to,” “we reiterated,” “we committed to,” “we agreed to,” and “we called for.” However, when discussing what is needed by the people of Palestine, it uses the phrases “we supported,” “we encouraged,” and “we urged.”
Since this space does not allow discussion of all of the declaration’s provisions, it suffices to highlight some features, to illustrate this point:
* The declaration equates the victim with the executioner in terms of warfare. This is despite the world witnessing a genocidal crime that has claimed more than 60,000 lives. This is also despite the massive destruction that has rendered most areas of the Gaza Strip uninhabitable, and despite the displacement and starvation.
* The declaration requires resistance fighters to surrender their weapons, and pledges that any Palestinian state, established based on the two-state solution, will be completely demilitarized, under the pretext that it will enjoy international protection.
* It requires Hamas to release all prisoners, and return all remains. It does not require the Jewish occupation to free all prisoners from its prisons, but instead makes this a matter subject to a prisoner exchange deal.
* It requires Hamas to hand over the entire Gaza Strip to the Palestinian Authority under international supervision, and supports the deployment of a temporary international mission to achieve this.
* The declaration links the establishment of a Palestinian state to the integration of the Jewish entity, the achievement of security for it, normalization, and coexistence.
* It declares its commitment to measures and programs to combat terrorism, and incitement, and promote a culture of peace across all platforms, including updating Palestinian educational curricula.
* It stipulates that factions must be forced to renounce violence, and that strict measures must be taken against anyone who refuses the proposed settlement.
* It stipulates that Palestinian security forces be supported with funds, training, and supervision through international and regional partners.
From the above features, amongst others, it is clear that these are, in fact, the same demands of the Jews, namely, that Hamas surrender, that it hands over its weapons, and that it withdraws from Gaza, as expressed by Trump and his administration.
Thus, the war goals set by Netanyahu, and which he failed to achieve through war, have now become the demands of the international conference, which the Palestinian Authority must achieve, with international support and partnership. This means that the Palestinian Authority will be the world’s spearhead in achieving the Jewish goals in the war, facilitated by America. The mission goes beyond fighting the mujahideen. Instead, it extends to combating extremism. The demand to liberate Palestine from the river to the sea is extremism. The demand to implement the Shariah Law of Allah (swt) is extremism. The claim that the land of Palestine is an inviolable Islamic kharaji land is extremism.
As for incitement, calling on Muslims to fulfill their Shariah obligation toward Palestine, calling for military action, praising Jihad and mujahideen, and calling for rejection of peace treaties, are all considered incitement. Hence, whoever will rule Gaza the day after is required not only to fight the mujahideen, but also to fight every Dawah that could be described as incitement or extremism. Every call (dawah) related to Islam as a system, civilization, and a viewpoint that opposes the West and its civilization, is considered extremism by the West. Every Dawah to act according to Shariah rulings regarding Palestine, and elsewhere, is considered extremism.
In other words, the expected ruler of the day after, based on the peace conference, is required to fight Islam and its Dawah carriers in Gaza, and throughout Palestine, and even more so, as the declaration includes changes to the educational curricula, after all the changes that have disfigured them previously. It is also clear, according to the announcement, that all the Palestinian Authority’s actions are required to be carried out under the training of Americans, Europeans, and international bodies. These are exactly the same forces trained by Dayton to produce the “new Palestinian,” prepared to fight his own people, raid camps, and conduct espionage under the banner of security coordination. According to the conference, these forces will be trained to be enemies of anyone who dares to take up arms against Jews. They will become soldiers protecting Jews, and they will design and produce the Palestinian “sheep” who doesn’t mind being eaten by a wolf, because he sanctifies peace and coexistence, until death.
Ultimately, if all these conditions and demands are implemented through this conference, or any other conference, the Palestinian Authority, with its well-known history, is ready to implement them to the letter, and to be more loyal than the king himself in this regard, specifically, more loyal than the Jews, America, and the international order.
All of this is happening in the absence of any significant international guarantees or actions that could compel the Jews to do anything. Thus, the situation remains as it is, with the Jews refusing to give anything to the Palestinian Authority, let alone an independent Palestinian state!
In conclusion, everything the conference, which has contempt for the people of Gaza, has offered, is nothing more than an attempt to achieve a victory that the Jewish entity failed to achieve through war, to guarantee its security, and to integrate it into the Muslim World. This is in exchange for nothing more than further displacement, and a stifling siege of Gaza and the West Bank. The mechanism for this, according to this conference and its declaration, is that whatever the people of Palestine must do, they must enforce immediately and decisively. However, whatever is demanded of the Jewish occupation will be subject to new negotiations, through which it can possess all the tools to achieve all its goals!
