America Seeks to Reduce the Pakistani Army to a Guardian for the American Raj

The Obama administration informed Congress on Friday, September 19 that it plans to sell 160 ambush-proof vehicles to Pakistan at a total cost of $198 million. Pakistani troops in North Waziristan are using over 20 vehicles of such, known as MRAPs (Mine Resistance Ambush Protected), in operations against the fighters in the tribal areas. Pakistan had requested expedited delivery of a limited number of MRAPs before Operation Zarb-i-Azb in North Waziristan and the United States obliged with about two dozen vehicles from their stock. US troops also use these vehicles in Afghanistan, where the MRAPs “have proven very effective in preventing ambushes using improvised explosive devices (IEDs),” a defense source said.

The US uses these vehicles in a foreign land that it has invaded, in order to face fierce resistance from the Muslims of the tribal areas. Washington now wants the Pakistani Army to use these vehicles in its own land, to prevent the Muslim resistance against the American occupiers. It also expects Pakistan to pay for this so-called privilege of being a Muslim guardian of a crusader occupation, even though Pakistan has lost billions of dollars as a result of America’s occupation of Afghanistan! Such is the nature of America’s war.

It is the American presence itself which is the cause of Pakistan’s current troubles. America invaded the region and thus the Muslims of the tribal areas rose up to fight it, as they have fought previous occupations from the Soviet Russia and the Imperial Britain. America then established its network of intelligence and private military to infiltrate the fighters and mount attacks against the Pakistani armed forces in the name of the tribal fighters. Then America pushed the Pakistani Army into the tribal areas to fight on its behalf, even though the sincere from the tribal fighters have denounced any attacks on the Pakistan armed forces.

The Khilafah will rectify this mess within hours because its policy towards America and the tribal fighters will be based upon Islam. America will be regarded as a hostile belligerent state and its embassies, consulates, intelligence and private military facilities on Pakistani soil will be ceased. Moreover, America’s diplomatic, military, private military and intelligence stance will be expelled. In addition, the Khaleefah will order the armed forces and tribal fighters to stand as one force against the enemies of Muslims, exposing any American agents hidden in their ranks.

Appointment of Military Leadership should be for the Support of Islam and its Supremacy, Not for the Support of Democracy and America’s Raj

The government appointed on September 22 the new chief of Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelli¬gence (ISI), along with five of the Corps Commanders, after promoting them to Lieutenant-General. These military leadership appointments in the world’s seventh largest armed forces and only Muslim nuclear power are obviously of immense importance. However, debate in the ruling circles is belittling these appointments to supporting America’s war in the tribal areas and the continuity of democracy in Pakistan. Citing these two challenges is odd, as the army’s role is to face the foreign enemies on our doorstep, such as India and America in Afghanistan. As for fighting the war against terrorism, it is only to support the US in fighting the Muslim resistance in Afghanistan and our tribal areas. Moreover, by fighting the tribal Muslims internally, externally India can relax in its occupation of Kashmir whilst increasing its military footprint in Afghanistan with the help of America. As for the continuity of democracy in Pakistan, before the 2013 elections, on December 12, 2012, in an interview with the BBC, when asked about who would win the elections, the US Ambassador Richard Olson declared with great confidence: “Our horse is democracy.” In other words, whoever comes to ride on democracy, America will steer it towards its interests, whether it is support of its war or other plans.

Pakistan’s army will only find its rightful position in the Islamic Khilafah state which will eradicate the American presence from the region, liberate the Muslim lands including Kashmir and Palestine, and unify the divided Muslim Lands as one powerful Khilafah. Therefore, it is incumbent upon the sincere amongst the leadership of the Armed forces to realize their weight and provide Nussrah for establishing the Islamic Khilafah state, which will give them the honor enjoyed by the Ansaar of Islam. The Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم made the following address after distributing the spoils of Hunain showing the honor of Ansar, as narrated from Musnad Ahmad on the authority of Abu Said al-Khudri رضي الله عنه: “O Ansar! Are you pleased that others walk away with sheep and camels and you return with Allah’s Messenger in your company; By the one Who possesses Mohammad صلى الله عليه و سلم’s soul, were it not for the Hijrah, I would myself be from the Ansar. And if the entire people tread a valley and the Ansar went for another valley, I would tread Ansar’s valley. O Allah! Have mercy on the Ansar, have mercy on their sons, and their sons’ sons.”

Government Charges the Muslims to Sell off Major Sources of Revenue, then Chases Them for Taxes

The government decided on September 23 to promulgate an ordinance which would legalize the recovery of over Rs100 billion in the Gas Development Infrastructure Cess (GIDC) from consumers after the Supreme Court had held its recovery illegal through the finance bill. In reply to a question on the occasion, Petroleum Secretary Abid Saeed said that in a nutshell, the apex court had ruled that the GIDC was a fee and untaxed and, therefore, it should not have been imposed through the money bill.

Regardless of calling it a cess, a fee or a tax, the people are facing ever increasing gas charges, as the bitter cold of winter is approaching. According to the IMF privatization plan, the people are being made to pay more and more for gas, so that the new private owners of Pakistan’s gas resources can profit immensely. So, not only is the Ummah losing gas resources to private hands, it is being charged for that. Then as expected, the government will complain that it does not have enough revenue and so will raise taxes again, which have already broken the backs of many through taxes on food, health and education.

The Khilafah will end this endless oppression of the people. In Islam, the public properties like gas and electricity are neither state nor privately owned. Rasul Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said,

«الْمُسْلِمُونَ شُرَكَاءُ فِي ثَلَاثٍ الْمَاءِ وَالْكَلَإِ وَالنَّار»

“The Muslims are partners in three things: water, feeding pastures and fire” (Ahmad).

Their revenue is used for the benefit of the Ummah, whether health or education. Thus the Khilafah will have large revenues at its disposal and will be able to spend upon the people without taxing the poor.

Raheel-Nawaz Regime Bows before India the Enemy in Loyal Service to America

Raheel-Nawaz Regime Commits to the American plan to remove Pakistan as an obstacle to India’s rise in the face of China

On September 26, General Raheel Sharif declared, “The army is in favour of peace” and hours later on September 27, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said at the UN General Assembly: “Pakistan wants to improve relations with its neighbours.” For decades India has demonstrated great hostility against the Muslims, whether in occupied Kashmir, in wars against Pakistan, or even against Muslims within its borders, such as those in Gujrat. It is a belligerent hostile state. It spares no evil against Islam and the Muslims and is known for calling for peace whilst hiding a dagger in its armpit.

However, the masters of the Raheel-Nawaz regime in Washington demand that Pakistan lets down its guard before this untrustworthy state. Since the return of the pro-American BJP and the removal of the professedly non-aligned movement, America seeks to use India for its agenda. It demands this so that the strongest Muslim state and the world’s only Muslim nuclear power do not stand in the way of India as the dominant regional power. America needs India to rise high above Pakistan so that it prevents Muslim dominance and challenges America’s competitor, China. America wants Pakistan to turn its attention away from India. It has engaged Pakistan’s forces in the tribal areas so as to grant America relief in Afghanistan and India relief in Kashmir and along the Line of Control. So Pakistan will be left at the mercy of Hindu justice, an oppression so severe that compelled the Muslims to migrate in hundreds of thousands and sacrifice in tens of thousands to be rid of Hindu rule as a separate state, Pakistan.

The Muslims must strongly condemn the treacherous stance of the Raheel-Nawaz regime and work for the immediate re-establishment of the Khilafah which will muster the strength of this region’s 550 million Muslims as one force against their enemies
