Raheel-Nawaz Regime Chases America’s Enemies, but Gives American Terrorists Free Reign

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif reiterated on Tuesday 2 July that the North Waziristan military operation would continue until the last terrorist sanctuary was eliminated from the area. In an official statement released by the Prime Minister’s Office, Mr. Sharif, declared, “A full-fledged offensive has now started. All foreign fighters and local terrorists will be wiped out without any exception and no sanctuary will be spared.”

The people can ask what of the American Raymond Davis network? Its terrorist sanctuaries are found throughout the country, within residential areas and military cantonments. These sanctuaries are well known to the government and the people, so are easy to flush out. And what of the foreign terrorists, the American CIA and private military, who supervise attacks on the armed forces to malign the tribal led Jihad against the American occupiers. These terrorists are caught by the government but upon instructions from its masters in Washington are released. So, the regime has made a stance that the enemies of America are our enemies and the American enemy is our friend. The regime has turned the whole situation on its head, confusing the masses and demoralizing armed forces who now face their Muslim brothers, whilst the American crusaders breathe a sigh of relief. And this to during Ramadhan, a month of victory of Muslims over the Kafireen.

The Americans are the Kuffar colonialists who have always oppressed and attacked us, occupied our lands and stole our resources. They are an open enemy to Allah سبحانه وتعالى and His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم and the enemy cannot be made an arbitrator. To support them in their war and claim to seek security through it, is like a sheep going to a rabid wolf to seek refuge and protection. Yet, this regime herds the entire nation into the clutches of the enemies. Raheel-Nawaz regime treats the openly hostile Kuffar as friends seeking honour from them and opening the nation to harm at their hands, even though Allah سبحانه وتعالى has ordered that enemies are taken as an enemy,

“O you who believe! Choose not My enemies who are your enemies as friends showing them affection even when they disbelieve in that truth that has come to you”

(Surah Mumtahina 60:1)

Only the Khilafah will mobilize the Muslims against the American terrorists and eradicate their sanctuaries within the cities of Pakistan, allowing the Muslims to then to focus fully on ending the American occupation of Afghanistan.

Anti-Terror Law is to Muzzle Resistance against the American Raj

The Senate unanimously approved on Monday 30 June, the Protection of Pakistan Bill which gives more powers to security forces. The House had specially been convened only for a day to get the anti-terror law passed. After the passage of the bill, PPP Parliamentary Leader Raza Rabbani said the opposition members still considered it a “harsh law” but were supporting it keeping in view the prevailing security situation in the country “which is in a state of war”. The law gives the authorities the right to enter and search without a warrant, as well as shooting upon mere suspicion.

The ruling and so-called opposition have shown that they support the American lie that the war America is waging against the tribal resistance to its occupation is somehow Pakistan’s war. Adopting the American stance, they both further refuse to distinguish between those sincere tribal fighters who fight America and those shadowy figures who co-ordinate with American intelligence to launch attacks on Pakistan’s armed forces, so as to malign the pure Jihad. It is on this false premise that they are now making legal provision not only to chase those who are fighting the Americans but also those who proclaim that this fight against the crusader oppressors is a legitimate fight, a Jihad against the Kuffar occupiers. So, the bill not only defines “militant” as “any person who wages war or insurrection against Pakistan, or raises arms against Pakistan, its citizens, the armed forces or civil armed forces” it also continues the definition of militant by saying, “or takes up advocates or encourages or aids or abets the raising of arms or waging of war or a violent struggle against Pakistan; or threatens or acts or attempts to act in a manner prejudicial to the security, integrity or defence of Pakistan.”

Now the Raheel-Nawaz regime has granted itself a freer hand to persecute, capture and prosecute anyone who advocate Jihad against the American occupation of the region. They are standing in the face of the right of the Muslim to account the ruler.

“the best jihad is raising the word of truth against a tyrant ruler.”

They are standing in support of America, who not only fears facing the Muslim fighter, they even fear the fact that the love of fighting the kuffar is embedded in the hearts and minds of Muslims. For Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,

“Allah forbids your alliance with those who fight you because of your Deen, and drive you from your homelands, or aid others to do so: and as for those who turn to them in alliance, they are truly oppressors.”

(Surah al-Mumtahina 60:9)

And He سبحانه وتعالى said,

“O you who believe! Fight those of the Disbelievers who are near to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allah is with those who keep their duty ‘unto Him’.”

(Tawba 9: 123)

Raheel-Nawaz Regime Trips over Itself in Power Crisis

The Raheel-Nawaz regime on Thursday 3 July acknowledged it was were resorting to 25-30 per cent of cutting electricity at the time of Sehr and Iftar. Water and Power Secre¬tary Nargis Sethi told the National Assembly’s Stand¬ing Committee on Water and Power that the transmission system was incapable of sustaining a supply of more than 15,000MW, as overloading led to tripping and other serious problems.

Less than a week after the Ministry of Water and Power on Sunday 29 June announced that the government will increase the subsidy for electricity so that the Muslims can have electricity during Sahoor, Iftaar and Taraawih, the regime has made a new excuse electricity shortages. So much for getting rid of load shedding in “6 months”! And what of the governments previous excuses of circular debt, power theft and fuel prices? Moreover, does the regime expect the people to believe that all the 15,000 MW has to travel the entire gird, from Tarbela to Karachi, before it reaches any consumer? And why does the regime omit the fact that the private producers of electricity only actually produce less than 10,000 MW to maintain profits, in the face of rising fuel costs and non-payment by the government?

The government is tripping over itself and tying itself in knots, because it is hiding the actual reason for the load-shedding, which is the privatization of the Ummah’s public property, electricity. The severe electricity shortages occur because the private owners cannot provide electricity as a service and a right for all citizens, for that is the job of a responsible and caring state. Private owners must reduce electricity generation to prevent falling into loss through debts owed to them or operation of less efficient power plants at the time of rising fuel costs.

Only the return of the Khilafah with its Islamic Constitution will end this power crisis by addressing its root, the privatization of electricity. As a system Islam ensures the distribution of wealth and one of its mechanisms is the public ownership of electricity resources as well as coal, oil and gas. As such these resources are neither owned by the state nor individuals. Instead, the state administers this resource to ensure that its benefit is used for all the citizens, regardless of race, color, school of thought and religion. The Khilafah will abolish taxes upon power and fuel which have further greatly inflated their prices. It will charge only to cover their production and distribution costs, if needed, and any profit from sales to non-hostile non-Muslim states will be put to use for taking care of the public’s needs. Islam’s electricity policy will contribute to a massive industrialization of Pakistan, supervised by the Khilafah.

In its Introduction to the Constitution, Hizb ut-Tahrir has adopted in Article 137, there are three categories of Public Ownership: a. Public utilities, such as the open spaces in the towns. b. Vast mineral resources, like oil fields. c. Things which, by their nature, preclude ownership by individuals, such as rivers.” In Article 138, it has adopted, “Factories by their nature are private property. However, they follow the rule of the product that they are producing. If the product is private property then the factory is considered to be private property, such as textile factories. If the product is public property then the factory is considered public property, such as factories for iron ore production.” In Article 139, it has adopted, “The State is not permitted to transfer private property into public property, since public property is confirmed by the nature and characteristic of wealth and not by the opinion of the State.” And in Article 140, it has adopted, “Every individual from the Ummah has the right to utilise anything from public property, and it is not allowed for the State to permit someone to individually possess or utilise it.”

It is Time to Bury America’s Horse in Pakistan, Democracy

On Friday 4 July the opposition PPP leader Senator Mian Raza Rabbani said, “If any attempt is made to derail the democratic process, it will not be a threat this time to the 1973 Constitution but to the federation.” Terming democracy the only panacea that could save, unite and take forward the federation, he further conceded that much had gone wrong in the country. Corruption, terrorism, sectarianism, lawlessness, drug abuse, economic disparity, crony capitalism, fiscal irresponsibility and economic mismanagement had made it difficult for the people to earn their livelihood, adding that, “Their welfare and that of their children is being mortgaged at the hands of international financial imperialism.”

Both the establishment and the opposition are flogging a foundering horse that is only deserving of burial. Indeed, if democracy was capable of justice, security and prosperity, it would have the key figures of the Raheel-Nawaz regime arrested, tried and confined to the dungeons that presently house capable politicians like Naveed Butt and heroic officers like Brigadier Ali. Democracy is not capable of anything but rejection of Islam and its commands, thereby plunging the country. This is why during the elections of 2013, the then US Ambassador confidently made clear that it did not matter who came to power because “Democracy is our horse in Pakistan.” Any jockey of America’s horse will subjugate Pakistan even more before India Any jockey will facilitate America in order to secure permanent bases in Afghanistan, under the guise of a limited, partial withdrawal, whether through operations or talks. And any jockey will implement the IMF’s budget for Pakistan, further burdening the people by imposing increased taxes, crippling Pakistan’s industry that is already reeling from rampant inflation and energy shortages.

The Khilafah is the only way to liberate us from the destructive ride on America’s horse. All those who honour our over a millennium-long adherence to Islam, our history of defiance and sacrifice, must stand shoulder to shoulder to make Pakistan the starting point for return of the Khilafah, as a guardian over the entire Ummah. Over a year has passed since the last elections and we must not let not another year pass of this American Raj. May these lands be blessed again by the ruling by the Book of Allah, under the shade of Allah on the earth, a righteous Khaleefah to rule us by Islam and unify us as one people against oppression and injustice. Let us stand together, reject the lowly invitation of the treacherous to participate in the sin of democracy and fully embrace the struggle to return Islam as a rule over us, depending on Allah سبحانه وتعالى alone, securing a victory over which the oppressed Muslims all over the world will rejoice.

“And that day the believers will rejoice in the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. [It is] the promise of Allah and Allah does not fail in His promise, but most of the people know not.”

(Surah Ar-Rûm 30:4-6)

North Waziristan Refugees Crisis Will Further America’s Divide and Rule Plan

On Sunday 6 July, a freshly compiled reported about the people fleeing North Waziristan after military operations there was submitted to the Prime Minister. There are now 572,529 registered internally displaced people, not including those who fled to Afghanistan and those who evaded registration. The pictures show fleeing Muslims standing in queues, huddled close together, body to body, so that they can share the limited shade from the blazing sun as they fast during Ramadhan. The regime wishes that the fleeing Muslims are herded into camps, whose total capacity is for 600,000 and whose complete conditions are being hidden from the world, by forcibly preventing outside contact. And resentment against the regime and its operations is mounting within these camps, spilling over into the wider region, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

This sorrowful situation exists because the regime is playing its role in the divide and rule policy of the Americans for the region. America learned from the fate of its predecessor in occupation of the region, Soviet Russia. All the Muslims stood together in support of the Jihad against the Russian occupiers. So, in order to simultaneously divide the Muslims, sink the armed forces into a quagmire of civil war and amputate Pakistan’s strategic depth, America specifically intensified demands for operations in North Waziristan, since September 2011. Accompanying her demands for operations in North Waziristan, America used her own intelligence and private military, the Raymond Davis network, to orchestrate attacks against Pakistan’s armed forces and civilians, in order to blacken the reputation of the tribal resistance and create divisions within Pakistan. It is through these false flag attacks, organized by America’s terrorist network and blamed on the sincere tribal resistance, that America aims to malign the pure Jihad against the Kuffar occupiers, so that her agents in Pakistan’s leadership are able to execute her plan.

The situation can be put right by a sincere leadership with a rousing call for all the Muslims to eradicate the American presence in the region. It will galvinize the Muslims of all factions immediately and expose any agents within their ranks. Thus, the Muslims will be led by a righteous Khaleefah, using their force to end the occupation of Afghanistan and rid the Muslim Lands of all kafir domination.

“O You who believe! Shall I guide you to a commerce that will save you from a painful torment. That you believe in Allah and His Messenger and that you strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives, that will be better for you, if you but know! (If you do so) He will forgive you your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow, and pleasant dwelling in Gardens of ‘Adn – Eternity [‘Adn (Edn) Paradise], that is indeed the great success”.

(Al-Saff: 10-12)
