The Crown of All Duties: Taj al-Farudh

More than ever our work in Hizb ut Tahrir is more evident more pressing in its journey to achieving its altruistic goal of establishing the deepest desire of what Taqiuddin an-Nabahani (rahimahu Allah) endeavored.

It has never been clearer that the time has come to work day and night to overcome obstacles from all sorts to achieve the Prophet’s صلى الله عليه وسلم ultimate goal of seeking the Ridha of Rab Alameen (Pleasure of Allah) to manifest Islam on earth. What could be more urgent than the fulfilling of the pillars of Islam?

The crown of all duties is to live by Islam, establish Islam on this earth – bring humanity to the light of Islam. The Nur that of the Almighty’s Wisdom shining upon all of humanity manifest in His Ahkam Shariah to show people how to live a fulfilling life, fully respecting the mind through the absolute conviction of the Creator, recognizing the human needs to be properly fulfilled, a genuine satisfaction at all levels, and bringing a tranquility never experienced until fully embracing Islam.

Now more than ever our dawah work seeking the Nussrah from the people of power and rank is ever so urgent. We are in the final phases, thus giving us as dawah carriers more acceleration to endure any and all obstacles that will most definitely come our way since this is no easy task but a heralding of all tasks known to Muslims world-wide. We as dawah carriers are like the Sahabah (ra) who endure the pains and sacrifices from regimes to bring Islam to its power climax. We embark this journey with full awareness and acceptance that whatever may occur it is only what Allah subhanahu ordains for His servant. Giving the dawah carrier the tawukkul and reassurance, that Allah سبحانه وتعالى is the Sole Sustainer of His creations. When this crown of duties is accomplished as gloriously promised to us by the Creator, by His Will, the laborers of this formidable task will be forever remembered in the Ummah’s history books alongside the names of inspirational Sahabah. The gates of the Heavens will welcome the ones who worked tirelessly and selflessly upon this thorny and bloody path as it welcomes Saad bin Muath and Abu Bakr as-Siddiq and Omar bin al-Khattab… no longer fearing the death of a Jahilliyya due to the absence of a bayah to a Khaleefah.

Who can desire a nobler end to a tumultuous journey, which the enlightened Sheikh paved the path for his dawah carriers to follow in the footsteps of the Beloved Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم? The working for a Khilafah State in which all of Allah’s Laws are implemented simultaneously and practically to emerge the submerged suffocating Ummah of Muhammad to exhale and inhale breaths of true liberation from the iron fists of their tyrant masters who have subjected them to starvation, famine, torture, banishment from their sacred Muslim lands.

Muslims everywhere must no longer be afraid to raise their voice in calling for the Haqq. No longer whispering the truth and desire for the Islamic Aqeedah to be implemented wholly without any foreign interference. Our constitution must no longer be tainted with the poisons of the West and their empty false rhetoric which is heavily fortified by our armies. Alhamdulillah, the armed forces by the grace and guidance of Allah are realizing their alliances are with the Haqq and it is only Allah’s great wisdom of when the Nussrah will be granted – these sincere officers of the army, navy and aviation will topple the imperial empire of this century realizing their duty to Allah and the entire Muslim Ummah. The emperors of the past have witnessed their great walls crumble and that time has come for the walls of capitalism and democracy to crumble. The terminal effects of capitalism have thrust humanity back to the age of Jahilliya where people lived under a desolate curtain banning the rays of Shariah to shine upon the Muslims lands.

In order for our prayers and duaa to be lifted to the highest of the seven skies, working to re-establish the Khilafah state must be our upmost urgent priority as the ayah for “to’mar bil khair” indeed Islam is the good for all of humankind. No longer are we to dwindle through our lives satisfied with our humble and spiritual deeds thinking if we simply smile and feed our hungry neighbor all performing the five obligatory prayers that this is sufficient – we must actively engage in political struggle as the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم taught us in his Sunnah. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم is the embodiment of Islam and the best of human examples to follow for the success of this dunya and the Akhira. How can we fathom that our simple deeds will suffice on the Day of Reckoning when the Almighty will hold us accountable for the starving, battered, beaten brothers and sisters who had no one to shield them from their enemy due to the absence and negligence of this fardh aiyn (individual duty). All throughout the world, Muslims live upon the most resourceful of lands; hold the most precious constitution to organize their lives accordingly. Yet we have abandoned this weighty obligation due to the misconceptions and filthy lies seeped into our minds by the rulers’ imams to stray us off in so many tangents that we no longer see the difference between black and white—right or wrong.

Alhamdulillah we see the Ummah awakening from its deep coma raising the rayat (flags) of the most Beloved صلى الله عليه وسلم all throughout the world calling for the Khilafah for the Mu’tasim to rescue the Ummah. It is incumbent upon every Muslim who utters laillalahh illa Allah Muhammad Rasool Allah to work with Hizb ut Tahrir to fulfill the crown of all duties. And Inshallah in doing so, we will receive the most glorious greeting on the Day of Judgment bizhin allah. It is our last chance because the Khilafah is established as promised by Allah swt it will only be a matter of obedience to the ruler and the ajar (reward) will never compare to the struggle endured to build the mighty state.

“And Allah’s is the inheritance of the heavens and the earth, not alike among you are those who spent before the victory and fought (and those who did not): they are more exalted in rank than those who spent and fought afterwards; and Allah has promised good to all”.

(al-Hadeed: 10)

Oh Allah, Lord of the Worlds, accept our deeds in complete and sincere intentions only for your Ridhaa (satisfaction).
