Revolution in Pakistan can only come through Khilafah, not Democracy or Dictatorship

News:

On 14 August 2014, two opposition parties started their independence and revolution marches from Lahore, the provincial capital of Pakistan’s most populated province, Punjab. The marches were to converge in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. Both parties demanded the resignation of Nawaz Sharif and his brother Shahbaz Sharif. They promised their followers that the demise of the current rulers is not far away and then a new Pakistan will emerge.

Comment:

The state of Pakistan was created in the name of Islam. The Muslims of the Sub-Continent were promised that they will be able to live their lives under the shade of Islam. However, since the inception of the new state, its affairs have been run by the system left by the occupying British Raj which is a Kufr system. One after another, every ruler failed to materialize the dreams of the people of Pakistan, which is the implementation of Islam in every field of life. When democratic rulers failed, military dictators intervened and assured the people that they will bring the change people longed for. However, military dictators also never deviated from the path which was left by the British Raj, which is the rule by other then all that Allah سبحانه وتعالى has revealed. Similarly, when military dictators failed to deliver the desire of the people, again democratic rulers were brought back and they assured the people that now there is democracy, the will of the people will prevail. Yet, they also never fulfilled the aspirations of the people. And this game of musical chairs has been happening for nearly seven decades.

This circus of democracy and dictatorship has been taking place since 1947 and the people are now fed up. A strong desire for change has been felt since 2011, as people saw the results of Musharaf’s enlightened moderation and Zardari’s politics of reconciliation. Both policies in reality meant to safeguard the rulers’ personal interests and the interests of America in Pakistan and this region. Now after a very poor performance by the current democratic government people are fed-up with both dictatorship and democracy. The people of Pakistan want a real change, a change based on Islam, where Islam is implemented in every aspect of life. They believe that only Islam has the power to resolve their problems whether economic or judicial, political or military.

This is unacceptable to America and its agents in the political and military leadership of Pakistan. Agents of America are calling for change, real democracy or the implementation of the 1973 Constitution according to its spirit, to mislead the people from their desire to see Pakistan as the beacon of Islam. The people have sensed this and that is why they have not participated in great numbers in these independence and revolution marches. At the same time, the people are very responsive to the call of Hizb ut-Tahrir, which is the rejection of both democracy and dictatorship and the establishment of the Khilafah, with its constitution based solely on Islam.

Real change or revolution will only occur when the Khilafah is established. following the method of RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم, which is the political and intellectual struggle against corrupt system and agent rulers and the achieving of Nussrah from the armed forces. No real change can take place under the current system which is corrupt from its core because this system is man-made, a continuation of the British laws forced on us during the British occupation of these lands. We can only experience real change when ruling is established according to what all that Allah سبحانه وتعالى has revealed.

“And judge between them by all that Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires, and beware (O Muhammad) lest they might seduce you from even some of what Allah has sent down to you.”
