We received a letter from the Prime Minister signed on his behalf by the Director of the Council. It is a letter containing many astonishments; we were shocked by its flimsy contradictory and shameful content, causing us to truly doubt its source and we thought it may be an impersonation of a deceitful or a forged party, but we were stunned when we realized it is actually from the prime minister! And this confirmed for us as to why the country has succumbed to this sorry state and why governance has declined to such a degree.
This message is not of a legal nature nor administrative, it is a mere political statement that could have been issued by any of the parties that oppose Hizb ut Tahrir and is baffled by its struggle and adherence to the ideology, otherwise what is the meaning of being accounted by the Prime Minister for our criticism of him and his government: “attempt to smear the successive governments”… Yes, this is what he said to us.
Does the Prime Minister want political parties to be subordinates and recreations of the government?
Did not one of the participants in the National Dialogue say that the selection of the prime minister was dictated by the West and implied you personally? Didn’t the political parties tamper with successive governments – which your statement has cleansed them from any wrongdoing, almost elevating them to sainthood – through mockery, ridicule, defamation and incitement?? You will find hundreds of hours of television recordings (as proof).
What is the meaning of being accounted by a technocratic prime minister for, “accusing the majority of parties for failing to submit to the dictates of the West? Is this endorsement of these parties or in loyalty for the West the guardian and adviser?? Since when has Hizb ut Tahrir considered other parties as opponents? Its only concern is the system of government, and the party does not deviate or is distracted from its aim.
What is the meaning of being accounted by the Prime Minister for our criticism of those calling for “not referring to Shariah law in the Constitution,” listen carefully the Islamic Shariah now has become a crime. We do not call for the Protocols of the Elders of Zion or the Talmud nor for the secret Masonic Commandments… look in front of you and see who is calling in their presidential campaign for “the Islamic Sharia” as a way of life. So ponder and reflect. The bigger scandal is to consider that the opposition of Hizb ut Tahrir against the harassment on the youth of the Islamic awakening as a serious encroachment… What a dictatorial scandal this is? You considered our work through the political conclusion and philosophical reasoning and logical construction, and the sixth sense and expectation and prospective and domination on the public’s intentions, you considered it as a defense of Ansar al-Sharia and associations to protect the revolution – How creative and ingenious is this – If you wanted to suggest something, and to plan for a specific scenario know that you have failed, we have out won you and blocked all openings and our press releases of condemnation of terrorism and its criminalization and prohibition and demand of the whole truth, fills your offices and desks.
And everyone knows that our stance is the truer, more correct and more widespread… The one who inspired you or connived of this matter is a beginner in politics and we hope that you are above being a tool in the hands of those known for their wickedness and those names.
ومكر أولئك هو يبور

We thought you were preparing reports and warnings to those who call morning and evening with the embassies and intelligence and who accept gifts of the most expensive and the most exotic types of cars.
We were waiting in your urgency in detecting the dirty political money that some parties possess which are more than billions.
Why didn’t you account us for the criticism of the head of state? And you were sufficed by condemning us for our criticism of governments only, of which you represent???
We criticize you both and we hold the honor of this political action considering it an adoption of the public’s interests and expose what they experience of injustice and oppression…
We thought that by conviction or by the need of the revolution, you realized that criticism of the governments and rulers is the priority of the actions of political parties: competition, trust and competency, and moreover, it is a Shariah ruling which is an obligation upon our necks, the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
والله لتأمرنّ بالمعروف ولتنهون عن المنكر ولتأخذنّ على يد الظالم ولتأطّرنّه على الحق أطرا ولتقصرنّه على الحقّ قصرا أو ليضربنّ الله بقلوب بعضكم على بعض ثمّ ليلعنكم كما لعنهم
“By Allah you must enjoin the evil and push the oppressors towards the truth and force him upon the truth or Allah will mix your hearts with theirs and then curse you as He cursed them”
Or do you want to be criticized in secret and seclusion as what the sheikhs of the Gulf States have issued in their Fatwas?
You have been granted plenty of wisdom and plenty of piety so do not wrong yourselves with this senseless bankrupt experimented and disillusioned work. Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:
وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا اكْتَسَبُوا فَقَدِ احْتَمَلُوا بُهْتَانًا وَإِثْمًا مُّبِينًا
“And those who abuse men and women who are believers, when they have not merited it, bear the weight of slander and clear wrongdoing.”
(Al-Ahzab: 58)
